Just thought I'd give you guys an update on that recent PayPal "upgrade" that continues to haunt users.

Users of the eBay Inc.-owned company began experiencing some glitches on Friday after a monthly upgrade of PayPal's software systems, said eBay spokeswoman Amanda Pires. The problems seemed to subside over the weekend but then recurred Monday, she said.
I have no idea why this service keeps taking a shat on us with all the money they handle these days. You'd think they could afford to bring in smarter people to help secure the billions they deal with daily.
