  1. Rob's been in the league since 1995 and has 11 wins. Reeeeeaaaaal productive. It's hard to have an upside when you're always on your backside. He's got a 5 second brain in a 2 second game. Anyone defending him at this point is just clueless. Or related to him.
  2. I agree with the president. His plan sounds like a good one. My only beef was when he threw the terrorist angle in there. Let's be honest, this is about keeping Mexicans out of the US. Otherwise, it would have been done right after 911, not almost 5 years later.
  3. Which leads to the next question... Would you rather have Flutie circa 1998 or today's JP Losman?
  4. What would the board be saying if our draft yesterday was Bunkly, Justice, Youbody? Who wouldn't be happy with those picks?
  5. I actually thought our draft was going to look a lot like Philly's. I think we could have easily had... Brodrick Bunkly Winston Justice and still got Youbody in the 3rd. Just doesn't make sense to me. But I'm no "Expert." Hope Marv knows what he's doing. G
  6. There's no way we would get two first rounders for the 8th pick. Not unless it involved a player as well or our 2nd round pick. I think you would need the 2nd or 3rd pick in the draft to get those picks from Denver. Trading with Houston would cost Denver more than 2 firsts since Reggie Bush is involved in that pick.
  7. Funny. One of my biggest pet peeves is how intolerant religions are, despite their fundamental teachings. Then I go and make an ass out of myself with an intolerant post. My apologies, didn’t mean to offend.
  8. Jesse Ventura said it best, "religion is a crutch for the weak minded." I can't believe I just quoted a wrestler. Pretty sad, huh? But what’s even more sad is that he’s right. 99.9% of people during the time most religions were formed were completely uneducated. They would believe anything. I don't think anyone with half a brain today has any reason to believe those stories are true. The Virgin Mary (Christian) is no less ridiculous than the idea that alien spirits have infested in our bodies. (scientology) Dumb and Dumber if you ask me. Many religions today are followed by the poor, sick, and uneducated. People who need hope. Or a crutch. It's easy to brainwash these people. Sadly, many use religion to justify their hate. Others just want to feel better about themselves for being stock brokers and advertising execs. As long as they go to church on Sundays, they feel better Monday thru Saturday about living the exact opposite what Jesus stood for. Just my opinion. G

  11. From Rotoworld.com NFL Network's Adam Shefter believes the Bills will be forced to release Eric Moulds. Like the Terrell Owens situation with the Eagles, the Bills lost all their leverage when they made it clear Moulds was facing release. Buffalo is asking for a fourth-round pick, but Shefter reports no one will give it up. Houston and Philadelphia are reportedly the favorites to go after Moulds. Mar. 27 - 8:20 pm et
  12. Daunte Culpepper and Corey Dillon were had for #2's and you want to get a #1 for an aging WR? We'd be lucky to get a #3. Travis Henry was a young running back, not an old WR…looking back at how he performed last year, we’re lucky we got a 3. Atlanta thought Peerless was the next Marvin Harrison...ironically, thanks to Moulds (who was in his prime) took coverages away from Price. The reason teams are lining up is because they think they can get him for a 4 or 5. Since he'll never play for Buffalo again, teams want to take advantage. I bet we get a 4 this year and a 5 next.
  13. To suggest that he didn't lie or at least stretch the truth is just absurd. He had every red state american believing that Saddam had something to do with 911. 4 years later, Osama is still alive and well and we're in a war we didn't need to be in, and now can't get out of. Bush was briefed about possible attck in August 01. Did nothing about it. I think he was on vacation.
  14. The best is when two posters get into an argument and someone writes... Your a moron
  15. You've decided all that after 3 games? When JP has a worse OL than Bledsoe had last year? Manning went 3-13 in his first year. They should have given up on that bust.

  17. Bills | Holcomb Expected to Start Week 5 Wed, 5 Oct 2005 14:22:45 -0700 Updating ongoing reports and citing the Buffalo News, Buffalo Bills QB Kelly Holcomb is expected to be the starting quarterback for Week 5 in favor of QB J.P. Losman, who has struggled thus far this season. However, the team has yet to officially name Holcomb the starter this week. Bills | Parrish Loses Cast on Wrist Wed, 5 Oct 2005 20:05:24 -0700 Gregg Pastore, of BuffaloBills.com, reports Buffalo Bills WR Roscoe Parrish (wrist) was limited in practice Wednesday, Oct. 5, but practiced for the first time without a cast on his wrist. He didn't catch any passes, but did run some routes and saw some work with the special teams unit. Head coach Mike Mularkey is hoping he can spark the offense a bit. Mularkey said, "I think we're all hoping that. Based on what he has done at the time that he was healthy. He may have to get his feet wet a bit, but I certainly hope so. Especially on third down, where we have struggled. I think he could help us with our effectiveness there."
  18. You morons. If there weren't any commercials, there would be no money for TV programs. Not unless you want the cost of the shows to end up on your cable bill. So deal with it. The reasononing for more commercials is simple. Less and less guys are watching TV. (probably playing video games or surfing for porn on the net) And more and more people have TIVO or DVR. So the best time to reach a captive male audience between 18-45 is to do so during sports. TIVO and DVR actually screw us in the end.

  20. Old people will always resist change. It's only natural to feel threatened by what you don't understand. In the case of many people on this board, it's relevant and good music since 1983. Sting is a pompous sellout. He gives up his music to commercials and artists in other genres in an attempt to stay cool. Someone should just tell him that if he wants to stay cool, he should just release a good album for the first time in 20 years.
  21. I bet Brady goes down in the SB and Flutie comes in and throws a TD to win it all. I think your head would just explode.
  22. C'mon now. Don't say that just yet. It's been one game. My brother-in-law is one of the new coaches. So I may be a little more forgiving. I agree, they did look ugly today. But with new coaches and a new system, it always takes a little getting used to. Especially by players who were recruited for a different system. And they did just lose their best WR less than a week before the season started. The defence looked pretty good (caused 5 turnovers) and will keep them in games until the O can catch up.
  23. Sting? Great? Not since "The Dream of the Blue Turtles" He's the biggest egomaniac out there. He keeps trying to stay cool by lending his music to other genres and putting his music in commercials. Someone should tell him if he wants to stay relevant, he should start by putting out a decent album for the first time in 20 years. He's just a sellout.
