So Josh is the reason we have not made the SB? Josh has gotten us close. You think going to the SB is easy? Some teams have never gone at all. We may never get there. A whole bunch of things need to align to get there. Lamar has never been, but his team went out in the off season and got him some legit weapons, and they may get there because of that. For the Bills, it's been year after year of expecting Josh to put on a cape and be Superman. It's not fair to him. He can't carry the team alone, but he has come pretty damn close. It's just silly to wish for another QB because the one you have right now, one who is regarded right up there with Mahomes, has not taken the team to the SB. It's not like we are going 7-9 every season.

🙌Right? This is silly and makes me side eye if these people are actually Bills fans. I mean, of course we all get frustrated when Josh is careless with the ball, throws a boneheaded INT(usually good for one per game), BUT, he is the driving force behind this team. The glue that holds it together. Accounts for about 85% of TD's. He is on the cover of Madden and getting endorsement deals for a reason. These things aren't just handed out. He is a star and our shining hope for attracting other star talents to this team, because most free agents don't want to just come to small market/cold Buffalo for no good reason. Josh GIVES us a reason for them to come here. I need someone to tell me one playoff game, outside of maybe Houston, where Josh was the reason we didn't advance to the SB? Chiefs in the AFCCG? They were a lot better, and we kept kicking field goals. Chiefs in the divisional? Josh was flawless and most definitely could have taken us to the SB and WON it for us if we hang on for 13 freaking seconds? Divisional last year? Wasn't his best game, but that game was a total team failure, it was not all on him. We always have a chance with him. We might not with our next QB. Blows my mind anyone would say we can't win a SB with him at QB, when he is the main reason we have a chance at all 😒

If you are The Baltimore Ravens, how are you approaching this game against The Steelers? I am asking because I am seeing people say they would be foolish to "let The Bills in" and that they should tank, in hopes of Buffalo being eliminated. I personally think that could backfire because division games are always tough and you never know, especially if The Steelers get in. Do you think The Ravens care about The Bills being a potential threat or would they be more concerned about a pesky divisional rival, or do they just not care at all? Sorry for bringing this in this thread, but I didn't know where else to put it. I personally would feel a lot better going into this game Sunday night being in the playoffs already, especially if Josh is dinged up.

Just a typical day here at OBD. I swear some people wait for a bad Josh game so they can pounce. The Bills aren't 10 wins without him, and in some of the close games he had some ridiculous plays to keep drives alive. It's just sad. I remember the drought years all too well after Kelly and how hard it is to find "the one" when it comes to QB's.

I am hoping The Ravens can do what The Steelers back ups have done to us, and that is beat The Steelers with their backups in a meaningless game. Remember The Bills being on the receiving end of that? Or when we blew The Dolphins out in the 2020 season in a game that meant nothing for us but everything for them.

Yeah, the offense has no identity. It bums me out. When I watch the offense sputter I can't help but think about our 2020/21 seasons, when they could actually move down the field/score points. I had hope every time we had the ball. I feel like we are skating by due to this team being super close and knowing how to pull out a win in the situations they have been in. I can't see us going toe to toe with Baltimore, quite frankly, all he other teams in the playoffs/hunt(save for KC) have better offensive schemes/play.

I don't want to drive him out of Buffalo, nor do I think that is possible. I do always feel like he is boiling under, and do think we may have an even worse off season this year vs last if we don't make the playoffs, or have an early exit. I still like Diggs, and think he is our best receiver, but he barely contained his feelings in the off season, going into this season, and at times during this season. There are times I love him lots and see the good in him, and think he has a huge heart, and other times I feel like he comes off like a diva. Regardless what I think, I am not going to drive him out of town, nor will any other fans. If he truly, truly wants out(which I don't know if that could possibly happen) it won't be because of fans on message boards.

Our offense cannot go into this game looking like it did the last couple of weeks. Miami just got humiliated and will want vengeance. I am not banking on our last meeting happening the same way again, but of course we could beat them. I am not even sure it's the Bills beating other teams that I am worried about, it is always and perpetually about them beating themselves. I am forcing myself to just be at peace with the outcome of this one. It's been a rocky year, The Bills turned it around toward the end, but we could not get help when we needed it, and that was a theme all season long.

I get a lot of his frustrations, but I hate how he handles them. It seems every time a game doesn't go his way, he takes to social media. I feel it's going to be a long off season with him.

I do like that he doesn't tolerate losing or even playing bad, but if you get the win, it helps, and going into a massive game next week, we don't need drama. Yeah, I get that Diggs is double covered, but he has been shockingly dropping some catches or not coming up with the ones in years past that he was always good for. It has been tossed around that he might be hurt? I don't think NOW is the right time for him to start the cryptic stuff that he is doing right now on SM. He also needs to take some accountability. Really don't want to roll into Miami with him pouting.

Oh definitely. They are the best team in the NFL. No doubt about it. If we get into the playoffs I am not expecting to get past them, just hoping we get a chance.
