Winds are bad but at least it's not winter. There are a lot of above ground electric towers up there and if they have ice/snow on them, they will come down because they csn't handle the weight of ice/snow and high winds.
IF hindsight tells us that all this worked, he will be a genius!
IF not, well, if not, we've been there and done that and all that's been done was to re-arrange the deck chairs on the Titanic, moored at 1 BILLS Dr.
That's been bubbling and erupting since the late 80's. My wife & I were there 90 or 91. Drove down a very long switch back road, from Volcano Park to the Pacific, only to find out that we couldn't get close enough to see the actual lava flow. We could see the steam, where the lava was entering the ocean, but that's all. A waste of time and expensive gas.
For some reason Russ was tight with Ralph. Both were "businessmen," but neither knew much about Football. That explains a lot of the crap that went on, over the last 20 years. May our next 20 seasons e more productive!
The Bomber's stadium is "partially covered." Meaning, the stands are kind of covered but the field is not. I have to believe that the winds could be unpredictable in a stadium such as that. Only about half of the CFL sites are covered.
