Unless you're postulating that Gore would make MAJOR changes to Clinton's "foreign policy" (for example: having one), Gore would have been just as much a foreign policy disaster as Clinton was. On strictly foreign policy grounds, the simple fact that Gore was Clinton's VP was enough to discredit his abilities.

One serious issue they had with the NO evacuation is that people refused to be evacuated if they couldn't take their pets with. In that context...yeah, it kind of makes sense. If your goal is to evacuate EVERYONE, requiring pets to be evacuated as well makes that goal more achievable. Sure sounds stupid, though...

Ketamine. Dean, the entire episode, between the teaser and the tag, was a hallucination (which normally I'd consider a cheap trick...but like I said, it was character exposition). The episode ends with him exiting the hallucination, entering reality, and being wheeled into the ER on a gurney to have his gunshot wounds treated.
