Exactly...you're complaining about the expense of the disk, then complaining about the expense of NOT having a backup. Skip a meal, spend the extra money. I had a client not two months ago learn that lesson. Didn't back up enterprise-level operational data because it was "too expensive" (at most, $300). Lost their data, took $100k and six weeks to restore from scratch. BAD risk analysis, whether it's your school project or several hundred million dollars worth of financial data...

Windows ME is probably the worst to ever be widely used. Microsoft Bob, however...that was f'in horrible. Far worse than Windows ME. As all eight people who bought it will attest... I'd also rank OS/2 Warp worse than Windows ME...but that's just my opinion. And IBM's...that OS was so bad, not even IBM would us it...and it was their product.

Though really, that guy deservet to be punished just for having the name "Fitzroy Barnaby".

Yeah...that's part of it. But seriously, I think overcoming the absence of the trio of defensemen may be too much to ask tonight. That's a LOT of good defensive play off the ice. I try to keep myself optimistic for the series by believing things will get better (i.e. healthier) for game 5...but I have a hard time being optimistic about THIS game. But then, Edmonton's got a 3-1 series lead over the Ducks, playing with the flu. Anything CAN happen...

I'd rather have their "Should we start the capable Ward or the capable Gerber?" goaltender "controversy" than our "Should we start Janek or Paetsch?" defenseman controversy. Sabres are too injured to take this one...the Sabres don't generate enough offense tonight, due to too much of the game being played in their zone, to match Carolina's production against a weakened defense.

I do it. Spend maybe three hours a month on it. Agreed...but that still doesn't make managing investments hard.
