  1. I agree many shorter QBs have failed in the NFL but so have many tall QBs. I really believe success in the NFL is based more on the intangibles than the tangibles.
  2. Keep a few things in mind... First, the NFL's current shortest starting QB is also arguably the NFL's best: Drew Brees Second, Wilson played behind an NFL-sized oline last season. Yet, he threw 33 touchdowns against just 4 interceptions, and he had a better than 72 percent completion rate. He knows how to find the lanes. My concern is whether his body can take the beating an NFL QB has to endure. But smarts can definitely extend a QB's lifespan.
  3. I really believe Russell Wilson can be a franchise QB. I'd even take him in the 3rd. Here is a great link with the best video I've seen on him: http://nyti.ms/JsHQgh
  4. I do not have a problem with Fitz. I like him and think we can win with him. But Flutie won, plain and simple. Wilson would be a GREAT pick in the 4th, but I do not think he will still be on the board by then.
  5. 1. Kalil -- He could be there. If he is, cue Nike to start laying the letters. 2. Floyd -- The Bills badly wanted a WR in FA but couldn't land one. Floyd is the guy if Kalil is not there. An added bonus is that the Jests really want Floyd. Of course, Blackmon would be picked if he were there instead. 3. Barron -- But I would prefer Kuechly if he is there.
  6. "paraphrasing BB after he got Welker - 'there's something to be said for not only getting a good player but also taking one away from your division rival' -maybe that played into the contract he got..."
  7. There is no way, of course, but it would be insane. Opposing teams would need to commit 8 to blocking. Haha. That would leave the QB, a RB and one WR.
  8. They are working out the details to get Mario #90 so he can come out in it.
  9. No, not at all. It is redundant.
  10. Correct me if I am wrong, and I may very well be wrong, but wouldn't the Bills be in trouble if they truly already arranged a meeting tonight?
  11. God bless. Rest in peace.
  12. This would be huge for the Raiders, if Carson is not too rusty.
  13. Hansen only played for the Bills -- that is pointed out in the BB.com's lede. Biscuit played ended his career in Atlanta. I think that has to have something to do with it.
  14. I can even see that taking a good RB..depth and special teams are so critical.
  15. McShay: "Johnny White is the most underrated RB in draft."
  16. Final Word: White is one of the more underrated running back prospects in this draft. He has the quickness, vision, and balance to fit many running attacks. His toughness and determination allow him to pick up yards after the initial contact which is key in the NFL. His overall value is hurt by his limitations as a pass blocker. White also is not a natural pass catcher which makes him a likely candidate to be pegged as a 2 down back.

  18. DonteWhitner: Congrats Buffalo. On ur. Draft picks....lol
  19. Wow, NGU has been dead on.
  20. Not at all.
  21. The report now seems to be incorrect any way. Damn. I guess we should have known when he started dropping. Looks line NGU was correct, once again, not that he was doubted.
