  1. Agreed. Joe B barely tweeted from camp yesterday. Maybe he was otherwise occupied, thus missing the punting competition, or maybe he was focusing more than the others. Either way, it is indeed odd. Agreed, and I get the impression from what I read that Joe B is more of the typical poster here than the other reporters.
  2. Very interesting. It seemed clear he has EJ in third place.
  3. It was EJ's turn to roll with the second-string yesterday. It was interesting that Buscaglia's take departed from that of the other reporters' there yesterday.
  4. OK, maybe I am just confused. What did our GM say in regards to Brandon Spikes? ALF"s post, which you commented on, does not state Whaley said anything about Spikes. It merely says Murph should have asked something and then ALF states his own opinion. It appears to me you misread that post, thinking Whaley said Spikes would still be in the NFL if had just re-signed with the Bills. If you are kidding around, sorry, I missed the humor at first.
  5. Not saying you're wrong, but why do you conclude Taylor is lesser than Vick? Taylor broke all Vick's records at VT. Also, note that VIck is in the mid-30s. If you're comparing Vick and Taylor, compare them at the same age. Vick was winning division titles for Atlanta back then.
  6. No doubt that's what would be best for the franchise.
  7. I presume you're asking since you ended that with a question mark. I am glad you're asking because you seem to not know anything about the topic. Tyrod was offered an extension last year and the Ravens told him they'd re-sign him right up until he chose to sign with the Bills. Make not mistake about it, Baltimore wanted him back. The Broncos, with Gary Kubiak as their new head coach, reportedly offered Taylor more $ to back-up P. Manning than he accepted to compete here. Note, Kubiak was the Ravens' offensive coordinator last year, so he likely knows Taylor's capabilities as well as anyone in the NFL.
  8. Mathis should thumb his nose at the Eagles by singing for the vet minimum to block for Shady. #JustWin
  9. I cannot pretend to be much of a baseball fan. So someone please help me understand what advantages a team could gain by hacking another team's computer systems?
  10. Spot on. It becomes a numbers game. No matter what the defense decides to do, the Bills have the offensive personnel to create a mismatch by at least one. Throw in a QB who can be efficient with his arm and be absolutely deadly with his feet, the defense has to account for him on every play and now is put at a two-man disadvantage, at least.
  11. Joe Chenelly ‏@jchenelly .@BleacherReport's @CSimmsQB, brother of @buffalobills' Matt Simms, predicts @TyrodTaylor will be the #Bills starting QB this season.
  12. The real sport of Indiana is basketball. I think this is a basketball mindset thing.
  13. John, I tend to believe Rex thinks about what he says. His words about Chris Williams so far have done nothing but lead fans to believe CW is AWOL.
  14. I agree there has to be more negative than is apparent to my untrained eyes by watching his VT games now on YouTube, which I've been doing. I see a lot of receivers falling down, a lot throwing on the run, a lot of pass pro breaking down and a lot of called keepers. He seemed to throw mostly in difficutl down and distance situations after the running game failed. His play in some of his more important games remind me of Flutie - just make it happen it somehow. A lot of people, especially NFL scouts, didn't like it, saw it as getting lucky a lot at. There has long been the thought that luck cannot last too long.
  15. This. Not sure why the non-crack heads are all upset about how we get our fix. Just ignore my crack.
  16. Thanks for the update, John! And as always, thanks for posting.
  17. Did you see the terrible misfortune he faced with his Pro Day? The receivers he had practiced with and choreographed the entire thing with pulled out the morning of the pro day with no warning because of eligibility concerns. It was reported later, when he fired his agent, that NFL scouts were not informed of situation before the draft. Also, where was the demand for Russel Wilson's services?
  18. Charles Clay: "Looking Forward to a Big Year" (5:21) What a heinous interview. I usually like Chris Brown, but that was really painful.
  19. Why do you care how often the media tweets?
