  1. I've worked special security at several NFL stadiums and venues for other sports. No matter where you are, there are going to be some fans acting poorly, often violently. It is not reflection of the team or fan base. How a team has its staff respond is crucial and does vary widely. Several Major League Soccer teams often play in stadiums much larger than they need, which gives them some really effective flexibility. Soccer fans often form groups, parking, tailgating and walking through the stadium together. Some teams give these groups escorts through the crowds when they visit other team's stadiums, sitting them apart from the home fans. It works really well.
  2. Um, do not forget Steve Tasker! We need to rally to get him in. Also, the newest addition to the wall in the stadium, Lou Saban!
  3. Now, if the NFL could just let the refs know the Bills are suppose to win this...
  4. The Pats*** deal with the blitz with a QB who can get the ball out accurately in less than two seconds. That's why Edelman's quickness & Gronk's size are so key. There isn't time for deep or crossing patterns in that type of scheme. Brady's receivers can wall off defenders or quickly get open coming off the line or out of motion. I think we need to limit the blitzes and let the Cold Front take care of the pass rush.
  5. Thank you. That's very encouraging. Averages out to 6 targets but just 3.8 catches, 36.7 yards and 0.1 touchdowns PER GAME.
  6. Chandler will drop what would be the game winner. Pats*** lose.
  7. For what it is worth, Bradham is faster than Gronkowski. But Gronk is four inches taller.
  8. Behind two 0-1 teams but ahead of the team that beat the #4 team.
  9. DallAss would likely give up two #1s for Sammy. That's exactly why the Bills wouldn't give him up.
  10. I'm honestly scared of 2-0. I want it, but the prospect of suddenly being a Super Bowl favorite frightens the hell out of this lifelong Bills fan.
  11. By the way, I know many of us have visited many other NFL stadiums over the years. I confidentially say there are many with much worse waits, more stringent searches and less polite staff. Most of those stadiums have less fans in attendance, too.
  12. McCoy didn't do much rushing, but I'd still say he is by far our best option catching a swing pass out of the backfield. The Colts were keying on him on every apparent running down. That's valuable. Let him play, build chemistry with #5. Also, don't forget his TD run that was called back on a hold.
  13. I didn't see the hit, but as I looked over, I could see an Indy offensive lineman (72?) flying through the air. Seemed Hughes laid a vicious block on a Colt that was far from the play, possibly just after the play ended.
  14. Went through Gate 5 with two little boys at 12:40. We cleared security at 12:49. Well run. Smooth, plenty of staff, all pleasant.
  15. I believe it is true: http://nypost.com/2015/09/10/rex-ryan-has-a-fetishy-foot-photo-on-his-bills-desk/
  16. Definitely NO umbrella. There are usually more than a thousand discarded at the gates. There will be a group or two going around to all the gates during the second quarter collecting those umbrellas, presumably to sell elsewhere.
  17. Who cares what a coach has to say? He may have spent hundreds or hours with the three QBs over the past six months, but we fans have seen all we need to see to know way better than this clown.
  18. At the very least, line up in the formation. Force the Colts to burn a timeout right off the bat. Then come out in the real formation. Try it again to start the second half. If they don't take a timeout again, run a play and then go no-huddle.
  19. I recall Joe Chenelley did on Twitter Saturday. Not long after Cassel was cut.
  20. How does one join?
  21. Davis looked decent, but he also looks like a rookie. Our WR corps will be strong. Hope he sticks around on the practice squad.
  22. Is there a good one in Buffalo?
  23. Loving the graphic in the back. Lists the Bills as the Pats* second biggest rival (after the league itself).
