  1. And he has a hot wife.
  2. That is a very good point. I really look forward to seeing the NEW offense.
  3. I think you're both wrong. Pat isn't going anywhere.
  4. And a good pal of Steve Spurrier!
  5. I can see TD's point. I won't be too upset if we go into the season without a backup who could also be a starter. But I have seen Shane play (as a Deadskin). He really is piss poor. Why the hell did TD have to screw Travis Brown over so bad last year?
  6. Super Bowl -- without a freakin' doubt.
  7. Uh, is that what TD actually said? I didn't hear the audio. BillsDaily.com wrote that the it was said that the Bills will bring in a backup soon, and that Matthews is a "canidate" for the backup job. Somone please clarify.
  8. By the way, Matthews retires after the '04 season in Madden.
  9. Yeah, that would have been really nice.
  10. Sorry, I have to consider the salaray cap issues. It is a big part of the decision. I pick Fiedler either way though.
  11. I've been playing Losman for three seasons. He is kicking arse. Therefore I am confident the right choice was made.
  12. Whether TD planned on keeping JJ or not, it just raised the price of very decent o-lineman out there. Very bad news. Damn Seahawks. In other news, Cincy is doing something similar with Rudi Johnson and that is raising the value of every decent RB out there -- that is good news for us as we shop Henry around.
  13. The real question is deeper than the the Pitt game. Does Drew stick around another year as the starter if we beat the Stillers and therefore likely made the playoffs? The answer to that is probably yes.
  14. Well said.
  15. I think everyone on the team will be a year older in a year. Some might even be two years older. But probably not.
  16. How many of thise turnovers were at keys times in the game though? Like when you're driving to beat the Pats or when you're ridiing a wave of momentum against the Steelers. Just a thought.
  17. I don't see the connection. Warner was the starter game one of the season last year. I am confident he wouldn't have signed with the midgets if he knew he was going to sit onthe bench regardless of his play.
  18. I for one am very encouraged by the fact that the team is doing this so early in the process. Keep in mind that JP is already at OBD. I'm sure all the coaches are right there with him. He's going to be ready. the offense is going to be tailored to highllight his strengths and make up for his weaknesses. I may sound like an eternal optimist...so what! I don't care.
  19. Maybe he'll have to just not show the catching part of each pass. Just show the ball leaving his hand!
  20. I cannot see McNair, the league's co-MVP just a year ago, taking a backup role anywhere. The way I'm seeing things the Bills are making it clear that Losman is the starter game one of this upcoming season. IMHO, any further discussion of bringing in a QB like McNair is a waste of time.
  21. I agree that all three deserved much better than they got. But I don't think TD has any idea how important they were to the franchise. TD brought Drew to Buffalo. I think TD sees it as much different than when he sent someone else's guys packing.
  22. Drew must understand that, so I doubt he'd go down to the stinkin' Fish.
  23. I read the Ralph himself will be there. So I suppose Mularkey will be there. TD will obviously be there. Will Drew be there? Will Losman be there? Will tears be shed? It doesn't make sense to me, but it seems to me that this is going to be some kind of Drew lovefest. Will TD play some kind of montage of Drew's greatest passes?
  24. The best of luck to Drew! Thanks for the first hald of the 2002 season. And, really, a big thank you for all you've done for the community.
  25. I don't believe Drew is even an "average QB" anymore.
