Titans for sure, but if they get Travis...they'll still be the worst. By the way, I think the Raiders are going to beat some good teams this year.

I left Rochester, not Buffalo, but I think my reasons are probably pretty much the same. All of Western New York is all in the same ferry, er, boat. 1) I also joined the Marine Corps (1998). But never returned once I got out because of one word: jobs. 2) Northern Virgina/Washington, D.C. 3) Lots of jobs, much better weather, but the traffic and housing prices are terrible. 4) Yes. But I cannot see how that is going to happen. 5) That is the zillion-dollar question no one seems to really have.

Didn't pay all his taxes...

We'll all get enough sleep when we die.

If you click on the photo of that shirt, it enlarges. From that I think the Bills flag in the design is red and tattered, not orange and black. I'd bet it looks right in person.

At least he's with some some decent talent then. Too bad so many of them are a$$e$. Bubba Franks, Javon Walker, Santana Moss, Plaxico Burress, Clinton Portis, Sean Taylor, Jeremy Shockey and Edgerrin James -- among others. Washington Post reports

Booo! He needs to get to Buffalo ASAP. He's not holding out, is he?

Those two actions often go together for some of us.

Willis Mcgahee VIDEO Highlights
scribo replied to Cr8ZyA$$BillsFaNnTexas's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I have it now. Anyone who wants it, just IM me. I'll check back a few times today and e-mail it out in groups. -
That's the ticket!

Let's just score TDs very time and stop worrying about kickers.

McGahee or LaDainian Tomlinson

I have to admit for the first time....

And what's wrong with that? -
'Skins PK Hall may get released come June 1st
scribo replied to Tipster19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Hall has been a highly paid kicker. Hall didn't have that bad of a year in Washington. He's still going to make better money than TD will pay any kicker, IMHO. -
Broncos acquire Pro Bowl P Sauerbrun
scribo replied to Like A Mofo's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The horsies are gambling here. With what's going on in Congress yesterday and today, Sauerburn could find himself with a two-year suspension. -
Denny IS eating crow because he spouted off saying LJ was worth more than a third rounder. Guess what, he just gave LJ away and will get nothingin return other than a hit on his salary cap.

Exactly why I found it funny. LA, sorry. I don't remember seeing this before here and I come to the Wall pretty regularly. My bad. -
Lion Mangles 42 Midgets in Cambodia

Midgets get it, BBC reports I personally think this is the funniest story of the year. -
He may be the biggest draft bust of all time. Straight out of the shoot he gets hurt. OK, that happens from time to time. Now he wrecks his knee before the first mini-camp. Fugget about this guy. I'll bet his knee is shot for good.
-
I'll be happy if the Bills sign him, because I trust TD, MM and JM. For the same reasons, I'll be happy if they pass on him. In the end, I am just happy that Dennis Green is eating crow this morning.

Excellent reporting. The D&C should run that article, too.

The Army Times called the cops: Doubts raised about report of controversial Web master’s death Doubts raised about report of controversial Web master’s death By Joseph R. Chenelly Times staff writer A controversial Web site that has called wounded soldiers “leeches” and celebrates when U.S. servicemen are killed in action, is claiming its Web master was beaten to death yesterday. But local police say no murder has occurred. The site, www.foresakethetroops.info, posted a claim Tuesday morning that Michael Crook was physically attacked by two men and later died in a hospital from his injuries. The statement speculated that the attackers are “thought to be members of the military, in response to their opinions about this Web site.” Crook is the registered owner of the Web site, though the Web site has never revealed his name or location. The domain registry puts Crook’s address as Syracuse, N.Y., and a phone number on the site is a Syracuse area code and exchange. The site also says the two attackers were “taken into police custody.” But officials with the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office in Syracuse told Army Times Tuesday that they have no record or knowledge of any such attack in the region. A message left at the phone number listed on the Web site was not immediately returned. The Web site has repeatedly posted disparaging comments about the military. Crook, the alleged blogger of the site, has said his main intent is to inform Americans that soldiers are paid too much for what they do. Recently the site posted this: “Don't military pukes learn anything? Nine more Marines bite the big one in combat. Stupid is as stupid does!” On May 15, the Web site had a tally of American troops killed in Iraq. It read: “Number of US soldiers killed in the Iraq War, of their own doing, because they CHOSE to be leeches: 1,583. These scumbags asked for it, and got it. Simper Cry.” Numerous threats and derogatory remarks have been made toward Crook on several online military message boards over the past few weeks. Some boards have listed Crook’s alleged home address complete with a map and satellite image of his neighborhood. Crook’s Web site often bragged that he received thousands of hate e-mails daily. In a purported April 28 interview that is posted on the blog “The Dread Pundit Bluto,” Crook addresses perceived dangers of managing such a site. “I put my name out there, and people in the Syracuse area know who I am,” he is quoted as saying. “People recognize me now, and I would not put my safety at risk over something I truly don't believe in. I wholeheartedly believe in my site and will defend it to the death, however that death may come.” As of noon Tuesday, the site was online, but the statement on its front page says it will go offline permanently at about 5 p.m. Tuesday. In addition to the anti-military site, Crook is the registered owner of the domain for www.forsakethepolice.info.

I live the opening driving scene (where the old lady with the walker is moving faster than the traffic) every morning. I think about the movie during that almost daily.

I'm really looking forward to May 22, the show's season finale: Army Pfc. Lori Piestewa was thrust into the national spotlight when she was killed in an ambush March 23, 2003, in Nasiriyah, Iraq. She was in the same convoy that several soldiers, including Jessica Lynch, were captured and held prisoner for a weeks. The lesser-known story is that Piestewa left behind two young children, now 6- and 5-years-old, who are being raised by her parents in a trailer home in Tuba City, Ariz. While the Army and charitable donations will help defray future education and living expenses for Piestewa’s children, their grandparents’ home is inadequate to raise an active boy and girl, according to a press release from ABC. That’s where ABC’s “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” television show and Shea Homes have joined forces to help. The Piestewa family will be featured on the reality show which has become synonymous with giving people in need a fresh start. The show will build them a new home in Flagstaff, Ariz., southeast of the Hopi Reservation.

Anyone recall what came of that play? I'm guessing it was just an incomplete pass, but I too think it should be a penalty against Bruce. Bruce didn't catch that, right?
