  1. To top it off, four out of six USA Today "experts" are picking the Bucs. Linky At least one of their "experts" figured out that his is an idiot. Jeff Zillgitt Of course, though, he picked against the Bills again. The hits keep on coming: In USA Today's fantasy football section, they listed the Bucs D under fantasy studs for Week Two.
  2. Williams will be the Skins' head coach next year.
  3. I agree that overlooking Nate is a big, unforgivable mistake, but it should be pointed out that McGahee, J.P. and Coach Mularkey are on the lists. And Willis is actually USA Today's running back pick.
  4. You think so, or do think they just look skinny standing next to our starters?
  5. I think that would make that DVD an absolute must-have. Please let us know if you're able to do it.
  6. I'm sure JP, TC, SW and MM will be ready to prove "Booger" wrong on Sunday.
  7. For those of you who cannot/don't want to click through. This list includes two former Bills head coaches, seven defensive coordinators and offensive coordinators. Gregg Williams, Wade Phillips, Eagles offensive coordinator Brad Childress, Giants defensive coordinator Tim Lewis, Ravens offensive coordinator Jim Fassel, Steelers line coach Russ Grimm, Cowboys offensive coordinator Sean Payton, Miami offensive coordinator Scott Linehan, Titans defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz, Jets defensive coordinator Donnie Henderson, Chiefs defensive coordinator Gunther Cunningham, Jets offensive coordinator Mike Heimerdinger, and Falcons offensive and defensive coordinators Gregg Knapp and Ed Donatell.
  8. Thaks for the find. Superb read, especailly considering it coming from the homeotown newpaper for this week's opponent.
  9. The problem there is that Steve Gasiorek of Sloah, NY, seemingly rolled two plays into one. The miscommunicaiton play did not result in a near interception, just a third-down incompletion. The near interception play was totally seperate. J.P.'s response tot htat question was right on mark, IMHO.
  10. Agreed. Another good Mark's location is on 96 in Victor.
  11. Good reason to go vote against GB right now.
  12. No you two didn't. I can get both those pizzas here in Virginia. If you're going to go with a chain, at least make it a local chain --- Mark's Pizza is very good. And Pontillo's can be inconsistent, but it can be great at times.
  13. Buffalo is up against San Diego in the first round. I don't think it should be much of a match, but let's not take a chance. SI Link There are some college matchups to vote on, too.
  14. Is TD's wife named Katrina?
  15. throwbackbilly = Lindell (without a doubt) By the way, the kickoffs were decent too on Sunday. I think a few made it into the endzone.
  16. No, it's in Tampa.
  17. First, if you think imagining playing football in this heat, imagine what it must be like for our soldiers in Iraq, Africa, etc. As for Smerlas, I recall him barffing on the field before. He wrote in his book he even threw up on some poot center's hands while down in his four-point stance. Good stuff.
  18. Did she ask him about his partying with Jim Belushi?
  19. I don't know his fumble history in college, but I can see him being overwhelmed by our defense and coughing it up a couple of times. All it takes to force a rookie into making uncharacteristic errors is to rattle his cage and shake his confidence -- both are things I am quite confident our D is capable of doing Sunday.
  20. But...it would mean one less day to prepare for the Stinkin' Fish the next weekend. If it happens, TD might change his mind and put the guys in the throwbacks for this one vice the Denver game.
  21. Outstanding work, Lori. You certainly beat the Buff Snooze and the D&C in scouting the opponent. This really will help us in better knowing what to expect Sunday. Thanks, Lori!
  22. Well, they turned the Saints/Giants game into a Monday night game/charity event, right? Maybe the NFL is waiting to see how it pans out.
  23. Well, it was a freakish hit, but I don't know about "accident." The thing that impressed me was that he got from that hit. Then, of course, he realized his insides were scrambled. No doubt, he has to avoid those type of hits.
  24. I wouldn't say it is annoying to me -- maybe to Gruden and company. It may be a move to make the Bucs at least think about "what if Parrish plays." It seems like a good move to me. Also, I can confirm that ESPN had him listed as questionable last week, too.
