  1. Everything thing I've seen and heard is that all parties are very happy with Training Camp being held at St. John Fisher's. Plus, the Bills have put a lot of money into the facilities there, and the Rocherster market is very important to the team. It would be a huge mistake to move it, and I seriously doubt it is happening.
  2. A buddy of mine who is a 49ers fan, (yes, they seemingly still have a few) said this trade actually makes it a near sure thing that San Fran will draft Davis as they really need an offensive weapon and defensive help. He sees the 49ers taking Greenway or a d-back with the newly acquired pick.
  3. Except for the fact that the CB, Sammy Davis, sucks and is not a starter. But, really, I also think the 49ers will draft Davis. FWIW, Woods was obviously disliked heavily by the new regime in San Fran.
  4. The longstanding arguement there is that Everet is your man. But I am pretty leary about a guy who blows out his knee the first day of his first mini-camp, and then hurts his groins before the first mini-camp of the next season.
  5. 42nd is too high for McCargo. Don't even pick one QB, let alone two.
  6. Huff is a safety. And Spencer will not be there at #73.
  7. Take Huff instead at #8. Take Wroten with the second third-rounder pick instead. Our need is much greater at safety than it is at WR now. My bad, BillsGuyInMalta, I didn't see you already posted practically the exact same thing.
  8. Clearly, this is a profile of a late-round draft choice at all. I have not seen one mock draft that has him falling out of the first round, let alone out of the top-15. Ourlads puts its creditability in question with this profile.
  9. http://redskins.scout.com/2/519169.html No one picks on our team's owner or hometown paper but us.
  10. I like that he came here to play for Jauron. I really hope he works hard, because this guy can be a beast when focused. I would think McNally and company were watching him very, very closely this past weekend. If he can be servicable OT or OG, it could affect who the Bills go after in the second and third round.
  11. A top-10 pick in this month's draft straight up for Nate or keep him. I'd rather just keep him. He is perfect for the Cover-2, and should have a monster season, so it is important to get him locked up longterm before the season starts. He obviously know this, so I wouldn't be surprised if he just plays out the year under the tag. He gets to take training camp off, and he makes a bundle next year.
  12. That would be typical. And it would make things just that much worse in my opinion.
  13. Note that the Bills have the most difficult schedule in the AFC East. Why would that be? Because the Jests are playing the last-place schedule, and each of the two other teams get to play the Jests and Bills twice. I wish the Bills could play the Bills twice. Not fair. Doh!
  14. At first, I was pissed, too. And maybe I still should be, but I am going to give him the benefit of the doubt on this. He said the right things a couple weeks ago when everyone was asking him why he was in Buffalo rather than Miami. He said he wanted to be a larger part of the offense, and he said he could only make that happen if he showed the coaches he was dedicated to the team. For him to not be there for the first mini-camp, I have to believe (for now) that he had an important reason. If not, hell, it will be his payday down the raod that takes the hit. If he doesn't play lights out this year, I think the Bills have to start thinking about the next RB of the future. If he does play really hard, he'll get a fat extension at the end of the year.
  15. As always, Rochester's channle 13 is streamin it just fine: http://www.13wham.com/mediacenter/?videoId=134789
  16. True, but that is going to be a while.
  17. I don't know about "they," but I saw Peter King wrote just that in a column a few weeks back.

The Bears and Chargers and are the only two teams I have the Bills beating that have been in the playoffs in the past two years.
  19. Week 2: The stinkin' fish will be coming off a long week and it will be their home opener. But they will hopefully be coming off a severe arse kicking in week one.
  20. Thanks, guys. I guess I'll start early trying to find some tix.

  22. I wouldn't complain about the primetime games. Remember this flex schedule. Teams have to earn some of the primetime slots now.
  23. The season will start rough though, it will be good to get two big tests right away.
  24. This a really good schedule. The stinkin' fish come to Buffalo in late December. We have three home December games! Holy crap. Four out of the last six games are at home. We get Jacksonville, San Diego, the stinkin' fish, and Tenny all in potentially cold weather. And all 1 o'clock games. No primtime games, but there is really nothing to complain about here.
  25. Actually, this could be a good thing. Bellychick won't have any tape to watch (other than some preseason) to see what type of o and d the Bills will run. It seems like he always gets a bye week to prepare for us anyway, so this is good. Start off with a tough test.
