QBs matter. Also Miami had him switch to TE mid season after signing him.
This is the best opportunity he’s had.
An interesting side story is Trubisky was part of the Steelers when Claypool was traded. I’m guessing he gave a positive review of him.
I like Claypool. I don’t care what anyone says. He’s worth a camp tryout. When he had Roethlisberger he was productive. He’s a young player with experience. Perfect for the 4/5 spot.
Bills are hilarious sometimes. Last year at this time we didn’t know we had 2 starters and they do nothing at LB. This year they are loading up at LB.
So weird. Maybe they are planning to run more 3 LB sets.
But, I remember hearing how the new kickoff rule makes having a lot of LBs more likely. You know how the Bills love special teams. This is probably it.
They still have $8 million or so they can grab anytime from Josh. They have the cap to do almost anything, but again it takes pushing more back. Also takes Pegula dropping more cash. I’m not sure what type of mindset they have this year. Right now we’re looking at being one of the lowest cash spending teams in the league this year. Our roster reflects it.
The desperation is hilarious. The Bills made their bed, let’s see what happens. They chose the group they have. Unless there’s a significant trade nothing is changing this group.
Marshall is perfect. 1 year at a low cap hit. Young, fast, has started games. Chark and OBJ want targets and snaps. I don’t know if I want them taking snaps from Shakir, Samuel, or Coleman.
I kind of want to see how this plays out without anymore added. Should be fun. Bills might have a big head after proving everyone wrong last year at MLB.
Doesn’t change too much if Kincaid becomes the number 1 target.
There aren’t many CBs now a days that travel. The league is a lot of zone, over 60% for every team, most around 70% zone. You need WRs that understand zone and can find open spaces. It will be interesting to see how Brady runs the offense without Diggs. I actually think there is a benefit to having 4 or 5 guys on the field that could all be the number 1 read on any given play.
But it will be interesting to see who the defense decides to put their top CB on.
