  1. It’s weird but fast doesn’t really mean deep threat. Some players just have a unique ability to get behind the defense. Some players have that skill and are also fast. MVS has both, he just can’t catch consistently.
  2. PFF ranks him the 18th best player under 25. 18. EDGE GREG ROUSSEAU, BUFFALO BILLS Rousseau has steadily improved, going from a 73.1 PFF overall grade as a rookie to an 80.7 mark in 2022 to finally being the 13th-highest-graded edge defender in the league in 2023 (87.1). However, while Rousseau's production improved every season, he has yet to surpass 600 snaps in a regular season. The next step in his development will be keeping up the same production in an increased role.
  3. So tomorrow we get to see Josh throwing passes to Coleman. Right?
  4. 160 targets. The question we need answered is can any of Kincaid, Samuel, Shakir, and so on handle targets like that. It’s hard to project.
  5. He said stuff, nothing to see here.
  6. I always keep expectations low when I’m uncertain. A lot of uncertainty with the Bills. I just don’t think everything will go our way. Last year they were 6-6 and I predicted they’d finish 7-10. I know what I’m talking about. 😉
  7. We’ll have a 3rd place schedule next year.
  8. We hardly knew you Cephus.
  9. It’s just based on the league cap # and annual average salary. Not how much cap each year, which can fluctuate.
  10. The Jets will be very good this year. Look at the roster. They’re loaded.
  11. They entertain the masses. Everyone spends money on something that removes them from the reality of life. A lot of people choose sports.
  12. I don’t think we actually know. He had some throws to Kincaid he had to go get. I think part of it was we haven’t had contested catch players in Buffalo as Allen developed. So when Allen was good it was all quick little shifty guys. Davis was horrible at contested catches. Davis and Diggs have had numerous one on one opportunities downfield and never really came down with it. Maybe a couple times. Shakir was known as a contested catch guy, even though he was smaller. One play I remember his rookie year was Allen just giving him a chance. It was a throw we don’t see Allen make often but I believe he threw it because he understood that Shakir can make that play.
  13. Remember, the QB said he didn’t care how much time he left, he wanted the TD. The QB could’ve ran the clock down to zero by taking the shorter pass to Diggs. Let’s not blame the coaches there. That end sequence was all player error. From Dawkins getting destroyed to Allen getting greedy.
  14. I was definitely confident we’d stop Mahomes with over a minute left in the 4th.
  15. Can we wait until OTA’s start?
  16. I think they’re doing what a lot of teams are doing with rookie contract QBs, loading up at WR. Helps rookies develop also.
  17. One thing Spags and Ried do in the playoffs is trust their players. McDermott sometimes has trouble trusting his players to make a play, and he probably has good reason for that. Spags and Reid let their guys play. They don’t get tight and play scared.
  18. Chris Jones has definitely made plays vs Allen, game changing plays. We just haven’t had anyone step up.
  19. Defense has been a combination of coaching, players, and injury. The players just don’t make plays when they are in position to make plays. Especially vs Mahomes.
