  1. It’s all about cap%. I think a 25 year old best WR in the league is worth 13-14% of the cap. That’s what Calvin Johnson signed for 10 years ago. The cap is just much higher now. WRs behind the top 2-3 contracts have gone up though. So it’s definitely a position on the rise.
  2. I’ve seen it mentioned this offseason.
  3. Not mentioned enough is Rasul Douglas has skipped every voluntary practice. He’s entering the final year of his contract. For what we’re going to ask of him this year he’s extremely underpaid. I wouldn’t be surprised if he has a new contract soon.
  4. Doyle to the Giants in 3…2…1…
  5. Great minds think alike. Who doesn’t want to streak at the Super Bowl?
  6. Best road experience so far?
  7. The extra money might lower PSL’s by 5 cents.
  8. 1) Attend Super Bowl parade in Buffalo 2) Go streaking at the Super Bowl
  9. He’s everything. He’s faster than 4.5 also, plus plays even faster. I do remember during draft time that most saw him as a big slot, which is what many say about Coleman. Coleman just didn’t have the production though.
  10. He was 5th in most carries vs 6 or fewer in the box also. The rushing doesn’t impress me. What has to separate RBs is the receiving. He definitely has a skill set as a route runner that not all RBs have. But he’s been inconsistent. If he cleans that up and becomes a 70 catch RB, sure. He probably gets a 2nd contract. Its also tough with Allen but he has to score more. 1,500 total yards, 60-70 catches, 10 total tds. Thats a solid stat line that isn’t easy to replace. He’s got the total yards just needs to increase the TDs. He won’t get many tds inside the 5 with Allen so he’ll need to break some TDs for long gains. Also not drop TDs.
  11. What’s a reasonable contract? Also I think Singletary was very productive for us in limited time. We didn’t run as much when he was here.
  12. I didn’t know these drafts bring hundreds of thousands of people. Inside the stadium isn’t happening. I haven’t watched the draft on TV in years. I just listen to it while doing other things. I’m thinking back to radio city music hall days. A lot smaller crowds.
  13. That’ll be the one the Bills make.
  14. Thats not new. One of the outdoor drafts it was raining. Cleveland I believe was nasty weather. This was the Cleveland setup. Outside the stadium. Covered stage. I thought they do it inside but it’s outside the stadium. It was cold and wet for the draft.
  15. Maybe I should say he’s your average good RB. Any Bills RB will face a lot of light boxes.
  16. I mean wouldn’t it be all over western NY? I would expect events downtown and also in OP.
  17. I’m not sure what you mean? Are people just wandering around aimlessly during the draft?
  18. And their usage is different. 15-20 years ago you’d have 10 RBs over 300 carries and almost 20 over 250 carries. Now you’re lucky to have 10 get 250 carries. It’s more of a committee approach. So many things working against RB.
  19. If it’s still held in April we’ll get 3 days of national media asking why they didn’t build a dome.
  20. I have to disagree. RB will never be back financially. You’ll have a few that get paid like tight ends, then the rest very little.
  21. We still haven’t gotten a video like this right?
  22. We’re good. Highest paid WR for the last 2 Super Bowl winners. 2023 - Marquez Valdes Scantling 2022 - Marquez Valdes Scantling
  23. Super Bowl has been dominated by Brady and Mahomes, so it inflates TE success. But the Eagles also won a Super Bowl with Ertz as their leading receiver. TE as WR1 is a proven success. You should also fill WR with talent but WR1 can definitely be a TE.
  24. That’ll be great, he’ll get a fraction of what Jefferson gets even if he’s a 100 catch, 1200 yard, 8 TD player.
