We were 4th in sacks in 2023 when we had a capable rusher opposite Rousseau and a capable 1 tech. Leonard Floyd brought more juice than anyone we’ve had opposite our top pass rusher probably since we’ve been contenders. So even if it’s someone at least equal to that we will be better. At 1 tech Jones just might not have it anymore. Need to upgrade 1 tech aggressively. This is actually more important. Obviously if you can get one of those elite guys go for it.

Everyone that thinks Josh has it so bad here have seen Sam Darnold and Baker Mayfield right? People who don’t give any credit at all to the Bills organization for assisting in the development of Josh Allen are delusional. If Sam Darnold were drafted to Buffalo his career would’ve been much different. Same as Baker Mayfield. I don’t think they would’ve been better than Allen but we know the team you’re drafted to matters. Allen is just as lucky to be in Buffalo as Buffalo is to have Allen.

Coleman said Allen texted him before the draft and said “you’re the WR I want”. There is also more. We talk about Worthy and McConkey, but Allen said Coleman fit our WR room because we had smaller guys and he was a bigger guy that could go get the ball. Allen was very involved in picking his WR.

The Bills have a lot of middle priced players. But the biggest thing fans and media don’t talk about when it comes to cap space is players signed. Bills need a CB, but other than that they’re pretty much set roster wise. Obviously they will make moves cap wise and roster wise to improve but they’re in good shape.

You can trade down for Coleman because they probably had good intel that no one would take him before 33.

Hopefully he does. This is his guy. As soon as it’s even a rumor that Allen is unhappy with McDermott then I’m team fire McDermott. This is just another attempt at a fire McDermott thread. This is a drastic approach.

I mean we just watched them make big plays vs Baltimore again. 2023 they made some plays vs KC to give Josh a chance. Still 27 points was too much, KC wasn’t that good on offense. Thats about it when we needed them.

What are you talking about? Jack Eichel forcing himself off of a losing team will not be the same as Josh Allen forcing himself off one of the best teams in the NFL. As I said, this thread is more for Joe Burrow and the Bengals. Constantly has a bad OL and defense.

Josh loves his WR room. Josh is a big boy. If Josh Allen at age 29, MVP, has zero input on the offense then he is part of the problem. Don’t have to worry though because I know for a fact he has a lot of input.
