    Prater is an UFA at the end of the season, they would definitely trade him for a pick. They’re currently 2-4. Any current free agent kicker besides McManus is a free agent because they missed big kicks. McManus makes a lot of sense. Already has a great relationship with our holder.

    Arizona because of Prater injury. Maybe send a pick for prater, but he’s an indoor kicker.

    Yes Chad Ryland. I’m not sure people are thinking clearly. Dump an inconsistent kicker for another inconsistent kicker? And it’ll cost us cap space?

    Give Bass another week or 2. If he continues to miss kicks you send a 6th to Tennessee for Nick Folk. Last year of his deal. Veteran that has kicked well in some poor conditions. Still has a big leg.

    A team will sign Bass. Who gives you confidence that’s currently sitting at home watching games? Riley Patterson can’t hit extra points and has a weak leg. McManus is the best option but he’s at 79% the last 2 years in good kicking weather. Chad Ryland when Prater returns? 😐 Who?

    Why are people thinking like this? I don’t understand. The focus shouldn’t be on Bass. It should be on who replaces Bass. There is absolutely no one available that makes us better at kicker. Bass is our best option.

    The fail mary was even worse than I thought. McDermott had Rousseau and Epenesa defending a sideline pass? I’ve had enough of this. What is he doing in these situations? Why does he feel like he has to draw up a final play like a basketball coach? Stop it Sean!

    That was a tough call. Arm going forward. He wasn’t trying to throw but with the arm going forward it’s a tough call. I would’ve let the call on the field stand. But oh well. Could’ve gone either way.

    Tyler Bass will be kicking for Green Bay a week after being released.

    That was before the season. Now it’s pretty much a wash but that doesn’t account for a new kicker.

    They are never taking Hollins off the field. It seemed like Samuel and Shakir were rotating in and out. So Joe Brady can’t get both of those guys on the field together it seems. Thats not good.

    Not really true. Almost every kicker has a year or more in the 70% range. Kickers can fix their issues.

    Guys, there is nothing better available. Stick with Bass, add competition in the offseason.
