  1. Here’s 2024 to 2025. I think a lot of the changes are due to a younger team leadership group. A lot of changes in team leadership. I think it’s interesting that head coach dropped but he supposedly loosened up this season. Families B to B+ Food C to B- Nutrition D+ to B- Locker room B+ to B Training room B+ to B- Training staff B to C Weight room A+ to A Strength coach A to B+ Team travel D to F- Head coach A to B Ownership A- to B
  2. Need Mahomes to have a bad day vs Buffalo.
  3. McDermott said something about speed on One Bills Live. He was asked about speed on defense but he said speed and small isn’t something he wants. I thought of Xavier Worthy.
  4. I personally watched every snap of Eagles defense up until 34-0. They were in off coverage the majority of the game. They just ran their zone very well and Mahomes had no chance to improvise due to the rush. Vs Buffalo we always allow Mahomes to make plays, either with his legs or by extending plays. The Eagles literally ran a lot of what we do, Cooper Dejean in the Taron Johnson role. This year though we ran a lot more man vs KC, same results.
  5. Eagles literally played mostly zone. And ran a lot of the same coverages. We don’t lose because of zone. It’s not how I like to play defense but zone does work and it’s played the majority of the time by all defenses.
  6. Never liked Santa Claus. He would break in homes and steal cookies. I mean what type of role model is that?
  7. Good stories are better than bad stories.
  8. What’s not to like? Outside WR. Speed. Separation. Only thing I’m not liking is it looks like he may be looking for a similar deal as Shakir. Would rather have Marquis Brown if the money is that high for Slayton. Slayton has multiple years rated high in separation. He’d be a breakout candidate with Josh Allen.
  9. Mentioned his name before but Darius Slayton. Speed, good separation stats.
  10. Definitely. Get it done. Add some new money and void years to his deal to make him happy also, and lower the cap hit.
  11. I think there’s definitely players he pounds the table for.
  12. Josh Allen picked him. If this was McDermott’s guy he wouldn’t be criticizing him. Terrel Bernard was his guy. He wasn’t good as a rookie but he praised him.
  13. Josh will become even better at reading defenses as he gets older. His athleticism and strength will weaken but his mental strength will increase. As long as he stays in shape he might even be a better QB in years 33-38.
  14. Doesn’t like Keon and wants speed on offense. I know who they should’ve drafted. I would like to see McDermott more involved in the draft process again.
  15. This isn’t why we lose games.
  16. And players failed to make plays. Dion Dawkins got blown up by Chris Jones or Allen hits Shakir for a TD in 2023. We all know Kincaid dropped it in 2024. I can still criticize Allen on those drives but he would’ve scored a TD I believe if the players made plays for him.
  17. Not likely. Very different LB situations. We’re not looking for a starting LB.
  18. Pick 30 and 56 gets you into the top 20 most likely. Thats a pretty good player that should play immediately. You can get your edge there and then a DT in the late 2nd.
  19. Anyone that says Josh Allen is a problem anytime is insane. He’s the reason we’ve been in most of our elimination games. Even the last 2 years when the offense had the ball to take the lead we could blame others for failing on those final drives. I will sign up right now for the same situation next year. I believe Josh will score every time.
  20. Eagles and Rams hit big on rookies in areas of need. Bills need to do the same either at CB or DL. They need to hit on one of these positions. Rookies have to play and impact positively. It’s not an easy ask. But this Bills front office needs a hit early in the draft.
