  1. I doubt KC wins the next 10 Super Bowls. They might win 5 of the next 10 though. What I’m saying is the likelihood is the Bills will eventually win the AFC if they continue winning the division and a wildcard game. All it takes is one year of getting hot and lucky.
  2. McDermott probably won’t be fired with a loss to Denver but it begins the process. He would be on the hot seat the next season. People want him on the hot seat for losing to the best teams in the league. It’s just not realistic.
  3. 30 years from now when there’s only a couple cold weather stadiums renovating will be a topic.
  4. They probably can but it won’t be a consideration for decades. Pegula wanted outdoor football. They built the stadium for the fans, which was the complete wrong decision. They also believe our weather is an advantage. That is true when you have a physical freak QB. But finding that guy again will be difficult. So in 10 years or so we’ll be looking for the big arm big body QB that can play in Buffalo winters. I always hated that. Allen would’ve chose a dome if he had a choice. This stadium should’ve been built for the players, not the fans. Greg Rousseau had a great answer live after a game. The question was about playing in the Buffalo weather. He said when you’re winning it’s fun. Key word is winning. That said it’s going to be a beautiful stadium and a major upgrade over the previous stadium. The elements will have a little less of an impact.
  5. So do the teams he’s losing to. The Josh Allen argument doesn’t work until he loses to a QB worse than Josh Allen. McDermott haters should probably hope he loses to Denver. Losing to Baltimore or KC won’t change anything.
  6. The Bills would have to actually miss the playoffs if you’re trying to say the Bills are the Chargers.
  7. Beane has to go into the offseason knowing he needs to add significantly to the WR room. I’m not locking Coleman into a starting role. I have Shakir as the only lock. I need to add multiple WRs if I’m Beane. Basically the same position as last offseason.
  8. I feel like the Bengals are turning into the Philip Rivers Chargers.
  9. I think our defense matches up well vs what the Broncos like to do. We will see.
  10. McDermott gets criticized for having Josh Allen and criticized for losing to QB’s equal or better than Josh Allen. Make it make sense. Just a Quick Look. Andy Reid lost to the likes of Kerry Collins, Brad Johnson 2x, and Jake Delhomme in the playoffs.
  11. It’ll happen if the Bills start going backwards. Which I thought they would go backwards at 6-6 last year and again this year. These things tend to take care of themselves. He will either take the Bills further in the playoffs or start to regress.
  12. Coaches get fired for losing Wild card games at home to a rookie QB, not losing division games to the Chiefs.
  13. Marvin Lewis was 0-7 in the playoffs. The Bills are not going to fire McDermott for losing to the top 2-3 teams in the NFL. That’s just ridiculous. If he starts losing Wild card games or missing the playoffs then the fire McDermott conversation will begin.
  14. It seems perfect for Allen to be named MVP and Lamar Offensive Player of the Year.
  15. My only problem with hiring young up and coming OCs is they will immediately become the hottest head coaching candidate because you know Josh will run a top 5 offense. Go get an older guy, former head coach that isn’t likely to get another opportunity. Sean McDermott tried to hire Mike McCoy as OC in the past. I know he’s struggled recently but he’ll do great with an MVP QB.
  16. Vegas is saying it’s Allen’s. I trust Vegas.
  17. Dominant at times in the run game and pass protection. Just inconsistent.
  18. This is what McDermott does. He rarely gives a straight answer about injuries or players being out.
  19. I’m not trusting him. Hyde? Why joking? He can do the job.
  20. It’ll probably be Shakir taking punts. There’s really no one else we can trust.
  21. He was literally one of the top players we couldn’t afford to lose.
  22. I never disliked Dorsey like a lot of people did. I don’t think he ever ran his offense though, he basically just continued what Daboll built.
  23. This game is probably the 1st game the Bills will game plan for in a month.
