  1. We have a play soft mentality on defense. I think it rubs off on us because we know it’s coming. I think the issue is when we give up 3rd and long it always looks so easy. We don’t give it up often but it’s the way we give it up. Every time it’s a soft passive defensive call. But honestly I get why the coaches do it. The players don’t make the plays either. The Jefferson catch on 4th and 18 was an aggressive defense but they got beat.
  2. He probably had his eyes closed. The fact he was like 10 yards off the entire route and still afraid to get beat deep is crazy to me.
  3. They’ve been playing much better but they had a rough game Sunday.
  4. The 3rd and 19 play was hilarious. Dane Jackson was so far off Hill and then when he caught it Jackson wasn’t even on the screen. Talk about scared to death.
  5. There should be a better way to do this. Why can’t the booth official call the flag? Seems like a simple fix. Right now there’s always going to be that extra second because the official waits until it hits zero and then checks for the snap.
  6. Honestly I would love to see Allen’s stats in prime time or playoffs vs his stats when not. Now I understand this was a playoff game but it felt more like a preseason game where most just wanted to get out of it with no injuries. Allen plays different in bigger moments. Like I said, Allen was on target.
  7. We’ve played Miami’s cover zero many times. We’ve never attacked it like that. Yes the deep shot will be there but we aren’t built for those 1v1 go balls. Again Allen was pretty much on target but we’ve faced that defense many times. If the plan was chuck it deep vs cover zero then it was a terrible plan. We will see better what was going on watching it back but I shook my head every time he launched it. In cover zero everyone is 1v1 so saying progressions is incorrect. That’s a pre-snap decision. So the question I have is was that a game plan decision (Dorsey) or was it Allen. I think it was Allen.
  8. He was making the throw the Dolphins wanted him to make. Dont get me wrong he was on target most of the time down field but the shorter stuff would’ve been there as well. Typically we’d see the crossers vs zero. For whatever reason we didn’t hit them. That’s actually a route McKenzie does well, maybe since he wasn’t playing they just went away from it.
  9. Lol. This stat is unbelievable. Allen had no chill.
  10. I don’t understand how people come to the conclusion that Dorsey was bad.
  11. That was not playoff or prime time Josh vs Miami. That was I don’t think this team can beat us so it’s air it out put in a show time. Vs the Bengals we will see a more controlled Josh Allen.
  12. Hopefully Elam starts. He should be fine, had a cramp.
  13. Eh he still couldn’t make the 1v1 play on that deep ball we need him to make. The low catch he made was a great catch. He had a very good game.
  14. Game went from style points to just win pretty quickly. No one will remember this game.
  15. I didn’t think the pass rush was good at all without blitzing.
  16. We’re not a championship team due to the lack of front 4 pass rush. We’re one of the best teams analytically which takes opponent into account. We deserve the hype but the loss of Von Miller is crushing.
  17. The Bills can put up 40. They aren’t getting blown out.
  18. Not even balanced. They could’ve thrown shorter to intermediate routes all game. Allen wanted to show off. Honestly they could’ve thrown the ball every snap. Just take what’s there.
  19. Not at all. They did similar things. It’s Josh Allen. He goes for your throat.
  20. Way too cocky today. They just wanted to throw it deep all day.
  21. It’s one of those game we’d only remember if we lost. No one will remember this game.
  22. Each game is different. Number 1 being Cincinnati doesn’t blitz much.
