  1. Am I the only person upset when someone says Bills can’t do something in the playoffs? If you eliminate the Chiefs the Bills probably make 2 Super Bowls by now. Can we just say the Chiefs? I’m fine saying Chiefs and Bengals but no one else was beating the Bills in the playoffs the last 3 years.
  2. Our DL is no longer small. Our CBs weren’t manhandled, they just haven’t been good vs KC and Cincy for different reasons. They need to let Elam play because we need his man abilities in the playoffs. Tre White hopefully can bounce back. White, Elam, Johnson is not small or soft at CB. Our DL is much better built for the postseason now. It has been our downfall vs KC and Cincy.
  3. The negative media does make sense. A lot of the time in the media’s eyes you are what your last game showed. The Bills imo have improved their overall roster depth and roster structure but in the eyes of the media they are worse or the same team they saw vs Cincinnati. But look deeper. Bills are still 3rd Super Bowl favorites only behind last year’s Super Bowl teams. I think a lot of the talk is just talk.
  4. Lower body injuries affect everything.
  5. If you eliminated Diggs and McLaurin who would you take? Then seriously consider what Terry McLaurin would do with Josh Allen.
  6. Commanders weapons underrated. Obviously only a few teams have a Diggs but I think a lot of teams have a better combination of WR2, WR3, TE1, and RB1 than we do.
  7. Jets and Commanders.
  8. The ankle injury didn’t help him but he was the same guy I’ve seen his first 2 years. I don’t think he has another level.
  9. Every time I look at Davis’ stats I always say to myself imagine if he could catch and run routes.
  10. I just did a head coach ranking and I have McDermott somewhere between 10th-15th overall. Beane is top 5 GM.
  11. Diggs turned into Zoolander this offseason. I’m a little worried about him.
  12. Not sure if they know it yet but this thread could easily be about Josh Allen. The odds are against him.
  13. Did you watch the game? Hopkins cooked White and the defense couldn’t tackle. Allen and the offense could’ve been better.
  14. The Houston game was the players. Tre White got cooked by Hopkins. Milano couldn’t finish a great blitz call in OT, Watson broke loose. Bills lost on that play. Chiefs game was McDermott over thinking it. He was worried about Hill too much.
  15. I mean if you’re saying Allen’s year 2 is similar to Herbert’s year 3, I guess. Chargers and Bills both blew double digit leads in the wildcard. That’s about where the comparison ends. Chargers have a long way to go to match the Bills the last 4 years.
  16. I think I could accept the simple argument that McDermott blew 13 seconds. Everything else is just ridiculous. I don’t know how I would feel if there’s another poor coaching decision that costs us a game at the end. I’m pretty sure the majority would call for his firing if that happens again. Allen is a top 2-3 QB in my mind. He definitely should win a Super Bowl in his career. I just can’t make an argument against McDermott for not beating other great QBs. I’ll add this, Allen has done enough to beat Mahomes in the playoffs, McDermott did not. I think that’s fair.
  17. The only big game I see the Chargers play was where they blew a huge lead losing to Jacksonville in the wildcard round. The Chargers also blew multiple regular season games at the end of the 2021 season to miss the playoffs. The Chargers defense has also underperformed with bad rankings even though they have a defensive coach and spent a lot on defense. The Chargers are exactly what you THINK the Bills are. That explains a lot!
  18. None at all. Lol. Actually what are the similarities?
  19. The best QB in a given season doesn’t always win the Super Bowl, but a lot of the arguments are that McDermott should’ve won with Allen. In the last 3 years Allen has lost to the best QB in the AFC and someone equal to Allen. When they played Houston Watson was a better QB. So making the QB argument doesn’t work against McDermott, at least not yet. He’s facing teams with just as good QB play or better.
  20. I think a lot the argument against McDermott is that he has Josh Allen. Many people leave out the 2 QBs that have beaten the Bills the last 3 years. In fact I could easily make the argument that the only games McDermott has lost in the playoffs were to teams with better QB play. Not sure if that is a compliment for McDermott though. I think we have to stop saying he should do better with Allen when Allen isn’t the best QB in the AFC.
  21. Probably tired of doing this with the Chargers every other season. Plus the AFC East is the sexy division this year.
  22. Different type of pressure. Last year was about how great they were. This year it’s about how the windows closing. There will be a lot more negative press this season, as we’re already seeing.
  23. McDermott and the Bills won’t win the division every season or win a playoff game every season. But until that happens he’s not getting fired. Also, if he continues to win the division every season and win a playoff game every season he will eventually make a Super Bowl. Also, Josh Allen isn’t the best QB in the AFC and he might not be the 2nd best QB in the AFC. He might never be unanimously thought of as the 2nd best QB in the AFC for the rest of his career. McDermott is only losing to the 2 QBs that are considered equal or better than Allen. So using the “He has Josh Allen” argument doesn’t work. They have Mahomes and Burrow.
  24. I think of the things listed that is the most likely to happen.
