I said week 1 it was the best I’ve seen Oliver. Then week 2 he was again very active. Week 3 he was the best player on the field. It’s wild. He’s become the player we wanted him to be, but it’s after signing his extension. I don’t even think it was whole games. It was more like series or plays here and there he would flash.

I’m definitely the biggest Ryan Bates supporter here. My defense of Bates was mostly based on the criticism he was receiving. He can start on most OLs. If cut tomorrow he’d be signed and starting somewhere else immediately. That said, Torrence is obviously a superior talent and player. A future all pro OG. He’ll likely be doing it next to Ryan Bates in a year or 2.

Just an observation of the first 2 QBs drafted. Stroud is being coached up by a Kyle Shannhan/Mike McDaniel disciple. Big difference so far.

This should be a classic game. I saw a stat that Tua’s passing stats are identical to last years first 3 games, which includes a game vs a beat up Bills defense. They scored 21.

Passing game wasn’t good Sunday and it wasn’t because of the offensive line.

I didn’t love our passing game at all. Gabe Davis just isn’t it. I’m sorry if this upsets people. He’s a decent WR with an elite QB so he will put up numbers but he doesn’t bring anything to the table. Plus they handed off to Davis one time. What are they thinking on that play? Davis has zero running ability. Its weird. This game was probably the game I hated most from Dorsey.

He’s definitely better for Ed Oliver. Wow, what a different player. He’s dominating. If he keeps this up his contract is a bargain.

The thing that’s hard for fans to realize is he’s still developing. He’s still practicing. He could still be in the Bills plans. But right now Bedford is the better player and Tre White isn’t going to the bench. Elam could replace White next year in a salary cap move. He still has 2 years left on a rookie deal and also the option year.

He was one of the highest graded CBs in the playoffs last year.

I think it’s about time he goes home and sees his mother.
