That was definitely one of those games where they tried not to loose it rather than just go dominate. I don’t know if they came into the game with that plan but they definitely fell into that early on. That’s a coaching thing.

Josh has got to start taking and completing the easy throws. He makes life a lot harder on himself. The throw to Diggs on 3rd down late in the game was such an incredibly difficult throw. Great to watch but man, such a hard throw.

No, I agree. I’m not confident in McDermott at all. But there is a world where the Bills offense continues to be good but the defense takes a giant step backwards. Im also not sold on the players in the playoffs either. I think we’ve been missing closers in the playoffs, especially on defense.

Thats the problem. Thinking that keeping McDermott over the hot coordinator is selling short or loser mentality. It’s the complete opposite. Bad teams go from coach to coach. I don’t want that.

Marty was 5-13 in the playoffs. Not exactly the same. It’s not about being afraid of change. It’s about believing there’s a head coach available that is better than McDermott and also better than Andy Reid. I don’t completely dismiss the Cincy game but it’s the only time the Bills have been lifeless in a playoff game. So yes I need more than that to fire McDermott. Many people are creating an unrealistic expectation for the next head coach.
