Nobody says Allen doesn't play well in the playoffs
I never pay attention to any national media criticizing Josh Allen. It’s all for clicks. We would be better off ignoring it.

Rogers wasn't an MVP his final season in Green Bay. He was the two years before that, though. No, I don't think he was that good in 2022, certainly not an elite level QB. 3,600 yards (11th), 26 TD's (7th), 12 INT's (7th most), 91.1 rating (16th). He was above average, maybe.
And now he is two years removed from that, coming off a torn achilles, and 40 years old. So, call me skeptical. The cliff is usually steep for these guys to fall off of, for everyone but Tom Brady, it seems.
His WR1 was Allen Lazard and he still finished 7th in TD passes. Now he has Garrett Wilson, Mike Williams, and Lazard.

Adams has 3 years left on his contact.
Except Josh isn’t old.Josh also has never been as good a passer as Rodgers.
I happen to think Allen will have more efficient numbers with WR by committee approach, but we’ll see.

I’ve tried my best to watch a game at UB stadium but the track around the field was very awkward. Wasn’t a good experience.

Rogers wasn't that good his last year in Green Bay. Even if he is healthy, he isn't the same QB he used to be. Plus, he gets wackier by the day.
I'm a Rogers doubter, personally. I want to see him actually perform like he used to before I anoint the Jets as a real contender.
Wasn’t that good? MVP good? No he wasn’t. He was good though.
We could see a similar season from Allen, there’s a lot of similarities between the 2022 Packers and the 2024 Bills.

I don’t think the Bills are in on this. Wouldn’t make sense at this point.

Ok. Last year they won 32-6 and Josh had 3 TDs in their second matchup with his new OC.
The Jets don't scare me
Ok. You shouldn’t be scared.

In 6 games against the Jets since Salah has been the HC the Bills are 4-2 with an average margin of victory of 19.75 points. Their 2 losses are by a combined 9 points. Yeah Josh has struggled in some of those games, but he has also blown the Jets out multiple times
The last 2 years Josh Allen has played some of his worst games vs the Jets. The Jets were one of the worst defenses in the league 3 years ago.
I said they slow down Allen. If you can’t view the Bills and Allen with an open mind then why bother answering? The Jets give Allen trouble.

Too bad they have historically bad coaching otherwise this would be true
Jets can actually slow down Josh Allen.

Local play by play really doesn’t mean anything to me since the blackout rules changed. I don’t really pay attention to the TV announcers either.

If this does happen, I hope he doesn't go to the Jets and reunite with Rodgers. Combine that with G. Wilson and they will have a really dangerous passing attack if Rodgers stays healthy.
If, and it’s a big if Rodgers stays healthy the Jets already have the best roster in the AFC East. They are the clear favorites to win the AFC East

Over the next 5 years he should top the list. But he’s been incredibly healthy compared to players like Vick, Newton, and Steve Young. That could change quickly.
Allen will need to protect himself more and more as he gets older.

If the Bills sign a WR for anything other than practice squad between now and the regular season then we’re in a lot of trouble.

I forgot Joe Brady and Ron Curry have a history with him.

It came down to a coin toss. The two got together & one of them was going to have to change his name. There was a 50/50 chance that our Joshua Patrick Allen would have to change his name to JP Allen. If our Josh had lost the coin toss, a lot of Bills fans would be having nightmares of another QB named JP.
Didn’t that come up when he was drafted? “Oh great, another JP.”
-
Our Josh should make a video that he’s changing his name also to Joshua Hines-Allen.

Coleman has trouble with initial start. He should work with Don Beebe's House of Speed.
He’s definitely working on speed. But he’s faster than 4.61. Bills had him around 4.55. He’s easily a 4.5 guy.
Straight speed is overrated anyways. His issue is running routes. Plenty of 4.5 WRs have success in the league.

Lets see of this thread is more active the Allen doesn’t work hard in the offseason thread.
I don’t see him. Plus they’re all just sitting around, not much working going on. 🙄

QBs were Brett Favre and Peyton Manning. Completely different players. Favre looked like a kid playing in the backyard. Manning was a tactician.
LaDainian Tomlinson was the greatest RB of all-time IMO.

Josh Allen is on the block.
Brandon Aiyuk officially requests a trade
in The Stadium Wall

49ers will sign Aiyuk. If they were going to trade him they would’ve traded him before the draft.
They won’t have a high cap QB for a couple years depending how they structure Purdy. They’re trying to win a Super Bowl at all costs.
