ok....here is the problem. thinking of Ralph actually running this organization and i suddenly want Tom Donahoe back.

i guess i was wrong...Ralph just said Modrak will not be the next GM. he did however say that Modrak will be be required to spend more time in Buffalo.

Ralph almost just said, Tom Modrak will be the next GM...then he corrected himself to say he will continue as the assist. GM.

this is very enlightening information. no decision on head coach. no decision on new GM although my guess is that translates into he is negotiating with Modrak and Modrak will make the decision on a head coach. it is funny when a reporter interupts Ralph. he gets flustered and then loses his train of thought.

where is the link on this site to watch the conf?? i see a lot of busy nonsense and a link to a message board but no link to streaming access.

i agree with this. they should start by changing the uniforms to something with lots of "black" incorporated into the color scheme.

i went with TD. With TD you can scale back his responabilities...with MM you really can't. I suppose you could make him a TE coach, but if you are keeping him as a head coach, then he is what he is. nothing will change the fact that he is terrible with time management and play selection. if you keep TD and let him control finances and marketing and let someone else control all personel decsions that would work for me. maybe take away his power to decide what signs can be displayed on game day as well.

i am in the "he is not ready" camp. imo he would have been a guy that could have used 3 years of head coaching an NFL Europe team. Or maybe a Division I team. Although I think the experience in NFL Europe would have been much better. there is nothing better then real game experience with managing the clock, and play selection.
