  1. tough question.... but this is the rumor i have been hoping to hear for the past month! I don't think Justice, Nagta or Bunkley make it past either Detroit, St. Louis or Cleveland. So if they trade down past #12, they had better get GREAT value for the move. St. Louis might trade down to get Vernon Davis if the 49ers pass on him and the Raiders take Young. Allowing the Bills to still get one of those two DT's.
  2. i read on another board earlier today that had this been a Flyers player that took a Sabre player out, the Philly fans would still be cheering.
  3. John Clayton reminds me of what Jason from "Friday the 13th" would look like if he ever took off his hockey mask. and before any of you jump all over me for picking on how Clayton looks,.....save it. i don't care.
  4. i had to go with a combination of "need player, and "best player" available. if i hadn't jumped on these guys when i did, they may not have been available by the next pick.
  5. hard to explain. kind of like going into a grocery store of the future. great service, never wait in line, people are friendly and helpful. Wegman's
  6. Round 1 Dabrickashaw Ferguson LT Round 2 Mario Williams DE Round 3a Matt Lienart QB Round 3b Haloti Ngata DT Round 4 Broderick Bunkley DT Round 5a Winston Justice RT Round 5b Nick Mangold C Round 6 David Joseph LG Round 7a Vernon Davis TE Round 7b Michael Huff S I struggled with the idea of taking AJ Hawk in the 7th instead of Davis, but I figured the need at TE was just too great. The Bills will still have gapping holes at FB, and LB.....and depth at CB, S, and WR. Overall, I am pretty satisfied with the outcome.
  7. cool.. of course there are problems....right out of the shoot, putting Omar Jacobs in "2nd Round Value" category is pretty funny to me.
  8. as funny and pathetic as it sounds, the Wegman's superstore in Pittsford is a tourist attraction. (seriously) not many supermarkets you can say that about. Mr. Wegman was a giver in the mold of George Eastman, and the philanthropic torch has been passed to George Golisano.
  9. that is one of the funniest stories i have read in a long time.
  10. i agree there will still quality DL available, but not any that will contribute right away.....the key for the Bills management is to at the very least be competitive. if they don't draft someone that will help make them competitive, they won't sell tickets, and that is the name of the game.
  11. There are three kinds of people in the world. Those that can count, and those that cannot.
  12. i am beginning to think the Bills will go with either Ngata or Bunkley with their first pick. (unless they manage to trade down.) my preference would be to see them take Winston Justice first but I also think there will be OLinemen available with their 2nd and 3rd round picks that can contribute right away, while the DL depth will drop off significantly after the first round.
  13. its a racial thing.
  14. i saw it too. my wife who never watches hockey asked me what was so funny and i had to explain the whole "hockey players miss the playoffs and golf" thingy......she lauged out loud and said, "That is funny". then proceeded to watch the final minutes of the game with me and cheered for the sabres. kept asking which guy Peters was. a hockey fan was born with the mock swing of an invisable golf club.
  15. "is today Monday?.....where are we on Monday?"
  16. did you watch a different episode then me?? I saw him get the recording,....but then pitch it over to Robocop. i do however think he made a copy. afterall......this is Jack Bauer we are talking about.
  17. unless D'Brickashaw Ferguson or Mario Williams is available, I am in favor of trading down. the Bills have too many needs and the more picks they have to help fill those needs the better off they will be.
  18. what happened to Secret Service guard Aaron last night???????
  19. easy there aunt sally... when you get to know me personally, feel free to make personal attacks. until then, go back to your crib and stop your crying.
  20. maybe so....but if the Bills had 5 of the top 95 picks, i wouldn't be looking for them to trade up either. oh wait......they don't they?!??!?
  21. if someone doesn't like the site, should they say they like it? if someone doesn't like the play calling on sunday, they don't say they like it. everyone is entitled to their opinion. good grief. i don't "hate" the new BB.com....i just think it lacks creativity and ease of finding info that other NFL team sites have. and....it just looks dull.
  22. Vikings owners sees no reason to trade up.
