this is the only guy i wish the Bills had been able to tab. however, I still like the Kyle Williams pick. it sucks to have to rebuild, but i like what the Bills did to stock their defense at need positions. next year, if they do the same thing on offense, i will be stoked.

i think he will be here for the 2006 season. depending on how negotiations go for a new contract he might be traded during the seaon, which i know is very uncommon. i doubt that will happen. if however they are unable to reach an extended agreement, yeah, i think he will be gone next offseason.

i was interested to hear Marv say, (not on WGR this morning, but in yesterdays D&C) the they had Lienart as "2nd round talent". not saying he is right or wrong just find it interesting.

marv figures that if they take Quinn Brady #1 overall next year, he will have great competition in practice everyday.

i have a sense that I won't be terribly happy with whoever the Bills pick in the 1st. And whoever they take,...I will just accept it. BUT....I so badly want them to land either David Joseph or Nick Mangold in the 2nd.

I don't expect it to crash unless the Bills make a trade in the first round. But lets just say they keep the #8 pick.

this is not my prediction, just to say "you never know". it all hinges on who decides to get a last second hardon for Jay Cutler. If the J-E-T-S want him and can't find a suitor to trade with they could take him at #4. Sure....3 months ago this was NEVER going to happen....but the more I read the more I hear Cutler is the favorite of the 3 top QB's.
