This movie has been on video for awhile and there have probably already been previous threads about it. I just got around to seeing it. GREAT MOVIE! It was almost like watching a documentary in that it was so well acted, i didn't feel like i was watching actors portray a role.

it is really entertaining to listen to the morning spin after something like this happens. some talking head this morning was on Imus spinning the Webb book: "oh....so what are we not supposed to like Johnny Cash because he wrote a song about shooting a man in Reno just to watch him die?"

i was thinking the same thing about Kevin Mawae. Who?

this interview at the top of the thread certainly makes it sound like he has certain ambitions. and the fact that he didn't bash the HC or the GM really makes me think his resume is on their desk already.

i have no idea. i think it is a sign that he is not a natural leader. i have never seen any fire in him. never seen him get after a defender for sticking him a little late and i have never seen any of his OLine get pissed and get a little extra push or punch in on a defender after giving the QB a late hit.

in my observation of what goes on on the sideline, i don't see this happening. i agree that it is essential, but i don't see it happening. i don't mean to harp on the Jim Kelly days, but you actually can see it with the Steelers now with Roethelisbergerererer. On the sidelines, the QB is with his teammates or his teammates are surrounding him. with Losman, whenever I see him on the sideline he is alone. by himself. as if no one on the team wants to get close to him or cares to. it's kinda wierd.

Joe D.: There are no leaders on this team. No one on this team is embarassed by their play. We still need to give Dick and Marv time to develop a team. McGahee is a punk. The OLine is a disaster. Joe D is willing to cut three of fingers off at midfield.

Hevesi is a crook and he has just about admitted to it. The fact that I keep hearing he will pay back the 80K+ he owes the state, my question is when exactly does he plan on paying it back? I sure hope someone is calculating the interest on his "non-approved" loan. Friggin' loser. He shouldn't resign, he should have been forced out of office when these facts came to the surface.

from what i saw on the news last night and thanks to some GOP smoke and mirrors and presto there is money available to make Western NY a "disaster relief elligible" area.... Tom Reynolds has now pulled even with Jack Davis. I would be surprised if Reynolds doesn't win.
