  1. or just miss-typed. it happens.
  2. Peter Gibbons: The thing is, Bob, it's not that I'm lazy, it's that I just don't care. Bob Porter: Don't... don't care? Peter Gibbons: It's a problem of motivation, all right? Now if I work my ass off and Initech ships a few extra units, I don't see another dime; so where's the motivation? And here's something else, Bob: I have eight different bosses right now. Bob Slydell: I beg your pardon? Peter Gibbons: Eight bosses. Bob Slydell: Eight? Peter Gibbons: Eight, Bob. So that means that when I make a mistake, I have eight different people coming by to tell me about it. That's my only real motivation is not to be hassled; that, and the fear of losing my job. But you know, Bob, that will only make someone work just hard enough not to get fired.
  3. he just wants a personal invitation the next time she plans to hook up with a hot roommate.
  4. Thanks for posting Guff!
  5. the lights have definately started to come on for JP....but Pro Bowl? mmmmm-no.
  6. I don't listen to him often, but he clearly has an eternal bone to pick with Marv. This morning on the way in listening to him on WGR he said, Jason Peters is better fit to play Guard or RT....and that the Bills should go out and trade down to get Wisconsin LT Joe Thomas. Then he went on to say that the Bills Defensive Line isn't stout enough. I hear him say this all the time. I understand that they don't have big guys like Ted Washington or Pat Williams....but can't he just accept the fact that he has a different defensive philosophy than this staff?
  7. I was never an anti Dick Jouran guy, but I did want Sherman ahead of Jouran. Although I think the coaching and play calling in part cost the Bills a couple of games early in the year, I am officially 100% on board behind Jouran! Great personality for this young team.
  8. I'm out. I have to actually do some work today.
  9. when i hear the name Ken Jones, i think; "Holding. 10 yard penalty. #72."
  10. i suppose if you see the Bills extend Kiwaukee Thomas before the season is over, it would be a sure sign that Nate won't be back.

  14. since you didn't stipulate which sport, I am going to say the Buffalo Sabres and the Cincinnati Reds. Anyone that posted another NFL team other than the Bills on this site, is
  15. I saw the game but was down with the flu and couldn't really focus on anything in particular. I like what the OLine has done since the shake up moving Peters to the left side and Gandy to Guard. Can anyone give a grade on how Preston and Pennington looked yesterday? Do they look like they have a chance to stick there as starters next year or are they posers?
  16. for my 4367th post, i want to draw attention to my profile pic. i still dig Marcia.
  17. lets see how she likes it!
  18. Happy Birthday you miserable prick!
  19. Elementary School: 3rd Grade - Mrs. Ainsle (ain-slee) Just in case you were wondering. She was an older "gray hair in a bonnet" type, but she was kind and an excellent teacher. Jr.-Sr. High: Mr. Martin. English. English class was tough for me....but he required me to take a regents level class because he knew if I applied myself I would pass. I always liked teachers that set the bar high. College: Mr. Jones. Biology. His first name was Jim. I kidded him about his name all the time. I hated the class, but I like him very much.
  20. how cool what that be to see the Chargers and Bills all wearing throwbacks in a muddy grass field....in the middle of a snow storm. i might actually sit in a bean bag chair to get the full "throw back" affect.
  21. i am not a Losman basher but:
