  1. I don't think it will be a veteran. I mean it might be someone that has spent a couple years on some other teams practice squad, but I don't think it will be some career backup, (like a Kelly Holcomb or Jessie Palmer). It might be a post draft rookie FA. I would be suprised if the Bills drafted a backup QB in later rounds.
  2. If the Bills somehow obtain Michael Turner...I hope someone creates a thread immediately after the deal is announced so that people can put their TBD reputation on the line and say whether they think the deal was worth it. No gray areas....no maybe this or maybe that....no ifs, ands or butts. You would have to say regardless if what it took to sign him: "YES! I love this deal....Turner will be a long term fanchise back!" Or you have to say, "This deal sucks, I hate Marv Levy."
  3. I am at the media criticism of the Bills. I just don't get it.
  4. your first post, and you "just happened to find" a fantasy site called mensfantasysports.com?
  5. I think the Bills would have cut Spikes if they couldn't find any trade partners for him. Based on that line of thinking, I love the deal.
  6. I wouldn't use the term "rebuilding" either. More like "developing".
  7. If it were possible to just throw them far enough to land on the field, the first time he takes a handoff...that would be good. Unfortunately it isn't like throwing a HR ball by the visiting team back onto the field at Wrigley.
  8. I don't like the top sub-heading: "Small Market Casualty". That is BS! Every team in every market has casualties. If you want to call them that...teams get rid of or let go of players they don't want anymore. If he hadn't been injured and was still 100%, there would be no, "casualty".

  10. what was the deal with him going from Arizona to Philly? was he traded or cut? anyone know?
  11. i agree...but one positive for the Bills that you are not mentioning is the salary.
  12. as i type this, i am standing on my head....so yeah....i meant what i said.
  13. i think it is time to bring back the middle finger emoticon.
  14. the Bills might have come to the conclusion that Okoye wasn't going to be available at #12, and didn't think he was worth giving up later picks to trade up for. I really like this trade even though, just like the trade with Willis, it does create another whole to fill. Which means the Bills are going to have to have a near perfect draft....with no misses and no reaches.
  15. there is a lot of mock drafts out there that have Willis going to the 49ers at #11. i know they are just mock drafts done by guys that live in their parents basement. i'm just sayin'.
  16. All of a sudden I think the Bills trade down and pick up Calvin Johnson! That would be a cool twist!
  17. first, i wasn't upset McGahee left. second, i liked Spikes. i liked him a lot. but i wouldn't say he did anything extrordinary. just my .02
  18. this show is turning into Melrose Place. The VP story line is really ridiculous.
  19. well...ok...I listened to some Bubble Gum music.
  20. No...I wasn't into bubble gum music, but the Ramones certainly don't make my list of top 1.
