  1. thank god for organizations like FEMA
  2. i have heard the 49ers want to move down from that #1 spot in the draft. perhaps a trade with Dallas for their 2 #1's and a little more incentive will get them the #1 overall pick, and a pretty good QB prospect.
  3. i would say start in Mass. and work your way toward Ohio.....but that doesn't really help does it. I work/live in Rochester, but our Corp. office is in Cleveland, (Strongsville, OH)...that doesn't seem like such a bad part of town.
  4. That is very funny Steve. Nice job.
  5. Hey you.....go away!
  6. She is the girl i hope goes all the way.....well...i mean....yeah...it would be cool if she went all the way...but i mean on the show.
  7. from what i understand he will likely play a good number of games in RF this year. they would move him to 1B but there would be a fan revolt if they traded Sean Casey.
  8. we Bills fans freely come out of the closet when it comes to American Idol!!!
  9. I am rooting for Scott! He is a rather "brooding" type of chracter, but I like the fact after he said his father had no confindence in him, he was his own man. Then on his initial audition, he just blew me away.
  10. First - Donahoe: He says there "was not enough interest (in the trade market). Does this mean there was some interest? If there was, why not trade him even if it meant only getting a 6th or 7th rounder? My guess is, he was gracious enough to Beldsoe to cut him, and not get anything in return for him to give him the chance to land a starting job in the Free Marker to someone that wants him as a starter....rather than trade him to a team that would also want him as a backup. Secondly - Bledsoe: He didn't want to return to Buffalo as a backup. So, lets say he does end up in Dallas. And gets unseated by Drew Henson in week 4. Can we expect him to immediately retire??? -- Bledsoe Shocked; Won't Sign to be a Backup -- Thu Feb 17, 2005 The Boston Herald reports the Bills reportedly acquiesced to QB Drew Bledsoe's request to be cut rather than traded (something the Pats refused to do three years ago), but in the end they didn't have much of a choice. ``At this particular time there was not enough interest (on the trade market),'' said GM Tom Donahoe. Bledsoe said he could possibly land in Dallas, where he would be reunited with former HC Bill Parcells. Somehow, Bledsoe didn't see it coming. He said he was surprised when Donahoe and HC Mike Mularkey informed him that they would be going with QB J.P. Losman as the starter in 2005. ``When I had the conversation with Mike and first found out the direction they were going to go with J.P., I was beside myself,'' Bledsoe said. ``I was furious and angry. . . . But that is their point of view and that is what they're going to do. I am going to go forward and look forward to the next challenge.'' Bledsoe said he would not accept a backup role next season with any team. ``I don't see myself as being a backup in this league,'' he said. ``If it comes to that, you will probably see me tip my hat and head back to the Northwest.''
  11. I am actually in pretty decent shape for a 40 year old. I wasn't saying anything negative about Jr., just making an observation. I love the guy and can't wait for him to show what he can do this year. Now....pass me a Whopper with cheese.
  12. He looks about as out of shape as he has ever looked: A new Pudge? The "Kid" is starting to look a little old
  13. Rick Jeanneret: "May Day! May Day! May Day!!"
  14. Anyone want to venture a guess to why? This should be fun
  15. noboday said they actually had to be available.
  16. depending on which of the two WR's you think is the #2 WR in Detroit: Roy Williams or Charles Rogers (healthy) or Arizona: Larry Fitzgerald or Anquan Boldin
  17. on a long flight? anyone thin and unconcious.
  18. the majority minority owner.
  19. late 70's early 80's would be my guess. roughly 1978-1981. The Chuck Knox era.
  20. I think the NFL is falling all over itself to have its first Black owner.
  21. John Clayton on Mike & Mike this morning talking about a few possible offseason QB moves: Quincy Carter: First needs to get life in order first. Probably sticks with the Jets. Drew Bledsoe: Dallas Cowboys. If he goes to Dallas, the Cowboys will get 10 years younger at QB. (that's funny). Golic says he thinks Bledsoe stays in Buffalo. Matt Hasselback: Will likely stick with the Seahawks. Kurt Warner: Expects him to go to Chicago. Other possibilities: Arizona, Cleveland. Jeff Garcia: Probably Detroit with an outside shot at Arizona. Other notes: Browns looking to the draft for a QB. Reggie Fowler expected to be approved for purchase of the Vikings. Could slow down any movement of Randy Moss. Moss wants to stay in Minny, but would be interested in the Falcons and Ravens. Golic and Clayton both believe in the end, he stays in Minny. Mel Kiper currently has: Alex Smith to the 49ers Aaron Rogers to the Browns. Other Mock Draft Services have Rogers going #1 to 49ers and Smith going as late as #8.
  22. Last nights show was rather uneventful. Is there any doubt that Tony (as a civilian that has nothing to live for) will end up saving the planet before this season is over?
  23. The latest cut of the Blue Collar Comedy Tour was on over the weekend. Ron White tells the story about his wifes cooking. He says his wife is a bad cook, so he tossed some of her cooking to the dog. When his wife walked in the room she saw the dog licking its butt. His wifed asked, "What is he doing?" He replies..."Not sure...but my guess is, he is trying to get the taste out of his mouth!"
  24. These were his numbers in 2003 when he had a healthy Steve Smith playing across from him. My guess is some team is going to overpay for him, and I would rather it not be the Bills. 15 Games 54 Catches 837 Yards 3 TD
