Barry Bonds shrivled steroid enhanced balls got real big yesterday. he has the audacity to use his son in front of the media. He told the camera operators to pull their shot out from a close up on him....so his son could be seen in the shot. so america could see how the media has hurt his family. when will this pompus ass look in the mirror and point the finger at the person responsible? what a @#%*!!!!!!

I watch "24" and I like it. but The Shield is the BEST Drama show on T.V. Last nights episode: Aseveda. This guys locks his office and starts whackin' his monkey to a security video of a woman getting raped. Then he leaves the Barn with the tape. My guess is, that tape is going to be needed to complete the investigation (?) Last year I sort of liked his character. This year, he is a 100% prick. My prediction, based on that scene and the scene from last week is that he will end up raping his own wife. Shane. This guy is in soooo deep. I can't possibly believe he will survive the season. If Vic doesn't kill him, one of the gang members will. Vic's soon to be ex-wife flirting with Dutch, does not bode well for Dutch.

Top 11 Based on last night: Vonzell - The underdog! although these kids need to be careful when they stand right in front of the judges table when they sing. if they have a single glitch...they will be done. She has a fabulous personality. Great looks, and "pretty good" voice. The only thing that might be her downfall is her age. The preasure builds as the contest goes on. Carrie - I agree she has zero personality, but she has that All-American look, great eyes, great smile....avg. voice....but better than most on the show. I personally really liked her performance last night. Bo - Fan favorite. (i guess). Good stage presence, although last night was his worst performance. Nadia - I have a small problem with Nadia. She is a great performer at this level. However...I can't stand looking at her when she sings. She makes ugly facial expressions. She needs to come back from last nights average performance. Scott - I think Scott is one of the top three voices in the competition, but he has an uphill battle with his image. Jessica - See notes on Scott. Good voice, but a problem with image. She really could have done much better with that sone last night. I was suprised she was in the bottom 3 last week. Anwar - Don't hate me....because I know he is popular, but I don't like him. I think he is a phoney. And last night he really wasn't very good. In fact...he wasn't very good last week either. Constantine - You can only have one rocker and Bo, is miles ahead of him. I think he could have rocked that song a little harder last night...he has a little "Ben Folds Five" sound to him. Nikko - I know...last night was his best performance....but i can't stand the image of the hat every week. plus i was never a fan of his father and that really sits in the back of my mind. Anthony - some people are under the radar good. this guy is "under the radar bad". he doesn't draw a lot of attention to himself....but once Mikalah is voted off, he won't have anyone to hide behind. Mikalah - I don't know how she even made it to Hollywood originally. AWFUL.

with 15 minutes left in the show....Heller disappears to "help" the President. and there was no sign of him in the previews next week. HE IS THE MOLE! HE is the one that set up his own kidnapping. Yeah...I know...he tried to kill himself and his daughter by breaking the gas pipe....but...but....but....awww....hell....I don't know what I'm talking about. nevermind.

Gragg has a $4.418 million cap number and the team is apparently waiting until June to release him to save money under the cap. The 49ers signing of OT Jonas Jennings along with the move of OT Kwame Harris from left to right tackle eliminates Gragg as a starter. The team doesn't want Gragg to show up during the offseason workouts and suffer an injury. Gragg is a quality right tackle and will have a market for a team that doesn't answer their right tackle problems in the draft or free agency.

my only advice would be to get after it immediately. i know too many people that think, "I'm gonna take a month off....and relax." These same idiots sit around for 2+ years without work. Get out and start looking right away while you are still currently employed. It is always easier to find something while you have a job,...then the pressure of finding one when you don't have one. i wouldn't. i might be willing to give up a 5th. if the Cardinals don't like it...too bad....let them go ahead and cut him and get nothing for him. the only reason i would give up a 5th would be to maintain his current affordable cap number. and to give the Cards something of somewhat value for him...to entice them not to cut him just to spite the Bills.

this is a pretty good post. when i was in college the one thing they hammered on...is the reporter or writer shouldn't be the story. Now....with the likes of Peter Jennings...these talking heads on Fox.....Dan Rather.....the whole unProfessional lot at ESPN,.,,et.al......they not only think they are the story....they think they are bigger than the story.

i thought about it.....years ago. i went to college with the intention of getting an internship at a local TV station for the purpose of sports writing and reporting. i got two internships...one in Syracuse..(the other in Rochester)...and it was an incredible experience....but there was always some ass kisser you had to look over your shoulder for.....unfortunately for me....the ass kisser that came up behind me had a lot better writing talent than i.
