this is nothing new in the "adoption agency world". my sister in law is a "bible-beliving christian" and as that relates to how you would raise a child she put in her application that she would spank a child for dicipline purposes. Proverbs 13:24 He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes. the agency she applied through rejected her and stated as matter of fact that was the reason. Sounds to me like in the long run the agency was being kind to the family by nipping it in the bud before it went any further. In the example i gave above, my wifes family paid an application fee, that was not refunded. ok,...so because she gave money "indirectly" to a non-profit organization, she should be able to make or change policy for that organization? that isn't that much money....and it certainly isn't clear how much of that $7,053. came from Catholics. I can say without any doubt in my mind that this organization does not "discriminate" (and i don't think that is the right word) against just Catholics.

i wonder if the deals offered were identical if the Bills would allow Travis to pick the team they traded him to. edited to say: that is the stupidest thing i have ever posted. it's been a busy friday and i haven't been thinking clearly. I agree.....for some reason...I was half asleep when this program came on and at first i thought it was a repeat from last year. then i listened to some of the current topics....and i sat up and paid attention. I LOVE the NFL!!!

i would say your son is very fortunate that HD didn't want to press charges. in fact, i am surprised that they didn't. are the other kids he is hanging around older than him? Or the same age? just curious. if they are older i would say you will have big problems on your hands,...if they are the same age (within a year) it will be easier to be a bigger influence on your son then his friends. i suggest......smother him with a balance of love and discipline. my thoughts and prayers are with your aunt.

hey boys...i signed into this league when i was desparately trying to get into the NFL.com league. Well...I managed to get into the NFL.com league and now respectfully request to be excused from the Yahoo league. Can someone give me a tip on how to bump out? I know i won't have the time to keep up with both leagues and would prefer to allow someone in who will keep up with it. Thanks!

i have no tolerance for men beating women. this is his second offence...that we know of. he should be put on trial immediately and if found guilty sent to prison for a very long time. nevermind a suspension from the league. if i had any say, by the time he would be released he would need a walker to get across a football field. it made me sick that Michael Pittman basically got a slap on the wrist last year.
