The real story is that we as a fanbase acted like a bunch of kitties and got all bent out of shape about it, essentially demanding the organization force someone to apologize because there was a vocal contingent that has low self esteem and are ashamed of their lives.

That bolded there, that is not a fact, Bobby. You know that it's wholly your opinion, and one that I find hard to even value without knowing which rookie it is you are talking about. It's wholly relative to so many factors that you have no control over (the rookie's strength and weaknesses, the offense that is run by the Bills, the OC of the Bills, the head coach of the Bills, the players reaction to starting a rookie QB, the pressure put on said rookie by the media/fans, the defense that the rookie is playing against, the DC on the opposing teams ability to scheme vs a rookie. It could go on forever. The way you are getting your point across it seems like you think that ANY rookie could step in and perform better than TT, which just makes no sense. You see? Which rookie do you want?

I was referring to your argument with John in another thread that we'd be just as well or better off starting a rookie.

Aren't you arguing that we should get rid of him after the season and start whatever rookie we draft? Wouldn't you logically then want Cardale to finish off the season based on that point of view?

Are you really arguing that the Bills should just draft a rookie QB and start him next year, just because? Because of a $16m salary cap hit?

Agreed that yesterday was not his best game, he left a lot of plays on the field. But he did just enough, without our top 3 offensive skill position players, and he had some excellent defense helping out. And the team WON. Its ok to be happy about that part of it, they are still alive, whether you believe its real or not. No need to demand we start Caradale, no need to blow it all up. Not yet. I saw a team win the kind of game we ALWAYS have lost in the last 16 years. I saw some damn good defense.CB play was much better than expected. I saw Gilly have a very nice day. I saw Shady will not miss any time. I saw Sammy is eligible to come back next week.

Because he is closer to a legitimate WR than anyone on this roster that's still healthy.

Depends on which threads you read. Many here have already folded up shop for the season, and some are saying we should bench Tyrod for Caradale, you know, just to see what we have.

Nah, it's more than that. We just won a must win road game vs a team that has owned us for the last several years. This place looks like somebody died, and everyone is posting in the yeezy threads about firing Rex and saying 'we shoulda lost again'. This place is losing it's way.
