Double this. While sacks are great, pressure is more important. It causes incompletions, confusion, turnovers, and the other team's punter to get a lot of work. Schwartz's D was doing this a lot. I miss that.

The more I think about it, the more I realize I'm overthinking it. Seems like AB is the man for me. The first pick sucks (in a way) because we do a snake draft with 12 teams. That means 22 players will be off the board when it's my turn to pick again.

I was just informed that I have the first overall pick in my league this year. This makes me think... We're a PPR league, so do I grab Antonio Brown right away? Or do I go with Adrian Peterson, knowing what we already know, but that he'll probably get a decent amount of catch opportunities. My philosophy has always been to get the best WR available at my pick, but I've never had the first overall pick.

And a maximum of 1 inexplicable dropped pass when you're wide open.

This is why I'd do it. Considering Tyrod's mobility and potential for injury, I'd rather see Foles back there than EJ. Roman would be able to figure out a game plan with Foles. The Jets are now out of it, so Minny & Dallas are probably the most viable competition.

I play with predictors like this all the time during college hockey season - it's awesome, but this one can be time consuming.

A lot of states have both days off, especially the state/federal government employees, banking, and schools. That said, a lot of business don't have both days off, so it's not a slam dunk to assume we can all have the day after the Super Bowl off if it moves to that weekend. I've been wrong about a lot of things, but I don't see this happening anytime soon.

I've made this argument since the discussion started a few years ago... It personifies the laziness of our society. The NFL is probably the most powerful business (economically and politically) in this country and we're asking them to move their showcase to a different night because we don't want to go to work the next day? Seriously???? If they changed the schedule and added two regular season games, then it's very likely that the Super Bowl would be played on the Sunday of President's Day weekend. However, with the amount of data coming out about concussions and the added talk of safety in the league, I don't know if that's going to happen anytime soon. Until then...suck it up and don't eat or drink as much.

I want nothing to do with the Cheaters in the Super Bowl, either...but this is just a bunch of whining.

The Jets made plenty of mistakes, too...dropped passes, penalties, DUMB penalties, and Fitz's picks in the 4th quarter. I think the Jets lost the game more than the Bills won it.

I'm starting to think this guy has more power than we think. Yes, he signed TO while he was the defacto GM, but bringing in Rex was a classic "let's sell tickets" move. That part worked, but it didn't get the team any closer to the playoffs. I really hope the Pegulas have Russ on the hot seat, too.

One last time... This won't happen. Rex runs the defense - he's the DC, despite what the coaching staff titles say. Thurman is just a place-holder. Pettine left the Jets because he didn't want to be under Rex's system anymore. He won't come back to that. Can we close this and every other "Hire Pettine" thread now?

Right now, I'm all for anyone other than Rex and Dennis Thurman.

What do you expect them to say? "We'll just show up and play out the string because it's in our contracts. We don't care if the Jets beat us by 50." The Bills are out of the playoffs and they can take the Jets with them. I don't see how that isn't a motivating factor for these guys.
