  1. Fred basically does the same thing now, on Boston radio. It's a trainwreck every time he's on. He's mostly criticized for using terms like "Chrzma" for charisma or "Soup Bowl"
  2. Yes. But keep in mind, I have lived in Boston for 10+ years and have had to listen to him on the radio. I know he's very pro-Bills on his Rochester show, but he's a disloyal backstabber on Boston radio. Two faced SOB.
  3. Smerlas will be. My least favorite Bill of all time. Belongs on the Wall of Fame as much as I do. All week long he's been on Boston radio. Cruel and unusual punishment
  4. He's on WEEI in Boston right now
  5. Greatest band of their era, and almost entirely forgotten. Damn shame.
  6. Last I checked, Special Teams point count just as much as offensive or defensive. Anyone got a ruling here? Of course if Tony Dungy and the pansy ass Competion Committee have their way it could change.
  7. What's to say he won't be ready this year? Brady was ready in just over a year. Big Ben didn't seem to have too bad a run. I actually thought Losman had the inside track at being the starter this year until his injury. He allows Mularkey & Clements to run a wider variety of plays, particularly bootlegs, etc.
  8. I don't know yet. I do know that I don't have enough evidence to make the evaluation yet. I am pretty sure that JP could do better than 8 games started, 8 TDs 9 INTs and 73 rating that McNair put up this season. McNair is a career 83.4 QB rating (140 TDs/92 INTs). Color me un-impressed. It's not like this guy has been stellar in the post-season either.
  9. I do remember that....she was smoking hot. They are Mormons though, right? I can't roll with that much innocence.
  10. I am pretty sure that other than Vinatieri, Akers and a few other elite guys that kickers are WAY down the food chain in terms of getting to chose a number. They get what they get.
  11. The best part of that story is he still had the Man of the Year award in the rental car when he tried to pick up the undercover cop.
  12. He had been basically demoted and moved out of being the strength and conditioning coach. Given a decent title, but still a demotion.
  13. You should have fallen over when you met Strahan....he could have padded his sack total.
  14. I use the Royal Canin for my 2 dogs. They use a lot less crap and filler than even a higher quality grocery store brand. It's not cheap, but it good.
  15. This is hands down the dumbest trade I have ever heard. Why would you want McNair? He hasn't practiced in 5 effing years, and I am sick to death of hearing him portrayed as a "Warrior". Every player in the NFL, especially QBs, has to battle injuries....get on the practice field you sally. Besides, Tennessee signed Volek to a pretty big deal and he can fling the ball around just fine.
  16. That was a damn shame. The Pats made a nice effort to let him rehab and come back, but he wasn't even close. I think he had a cup of coffee with Miami after that.
  17. 1) Pats 28 Iggles 24 2) Brady 3) Dillon/rushing 4) Dillon rushing, Westbrook all-purpose 5) McNabb
  18. Am I the only person who likes Lindell??
  19. If he suffered a Robert Edwards knee injury in that game I might have to reconsider my Bills allegiance. As happy as I would be to be at a SB event, there is not enough $ in this world to make me sit through a Flutie Brothers halftime show.
  20. Drew is one of them unisex names like Taylor. A little femme, perhaps. This guy was a total scapegoat. The defense sucked because their personnel sucked. A lot of good players have left that D in the last 2 years.
  21. No way Vinatieri leaves NE. He's got the only guaranteed contract in the NFL, which although it expires is still good $. He's got a buttload of local endorsement deals (by far more than any other Pats player). He'll probably get franchised if need be (I think he was before his current deal). And, he's hasn't paid for a meal since the Snow Bowl.
  22. I agree. I wasn't too familiar with him when they took him, and like a lot of Bills fans when we heard that Mike Williams of USC would be in the draft, and the Bills were targeting him....well that was a disappointment later on. Evans has speed to burn, runs nice crisp routes, and has above average hands. I think his emergence is helping Moulds too. Good times.
  23. So true...greatest comeback (or collapse, depending on where you stand) in sports history. Weren't the Pats double-digit dogs in their 1st SB win? Strangers things have happened than the Bills doing damage.
  24. There is no chance Gates goes anywhere. I think there's a better chance of Rivers going someplace else than Gates. Someone mentioned Bubba Franks. Why?? He's not much better than Campbell (if Campbell played 16 games).
