Out of state tuition is harsh for almost all schools compared to in-state. Fan-wise, I've pretty much stayed neutral on the local schools since I've lived here (Duke, UNC, State) - but have to say UNC has been an absolutely unbelievably positive experience for my daughter (and now I'm a bigger UNC fan)

In-state tuition at UNC is basically the same as any other school in the NC system. I essentially pay the same for my son at UNCW

My daughter goes to Chapel Hill - the night before my son sent this pic, she sent a pic of rushing Franklin St after beating Duke My son is 6 ft - he said Beane is not tall

My son goes to UNCW (Beane's alma mater). He was in the library today and a buddy txted him that Beane was on campus - speaking to a class. He found out which building and went there and just went wandering around looking for him. He found him just as Beane was on his way out. He just happened to be wearing the Braves shirt and Bills hat today (though I think he wears the hat almost every day). Said Beane was psyched to see a Bills fan - said he was a super nice guy - his family was there too. Regarding important inside info - he asked Beane if he would be trading up to get a QB early in the draft and.... Beane just laughed I can't tell you that. I liked the Tide ads not just for the clever idea, but also the execution - thought the guy from Stranger Things was perfect Thought the Eli/OBJ was a bit too long - could have got to the money shot much sooner IMO. All I could think after seeing it was how hilarious it would be if they did the lift as an actual celebration in a game now I actually really liked the Avacados from Mexico one - I chuckled out loud "the wi-fi is out!" I absolutely hate any earnest commercial overreaching to send a heartfelt lesson to the human race

I was gung ho on not wanting to bear to see a Cheater victory - along with all the ball washing that would ensue throughout the game. I would not have watched it afterwards if the Cheaters won.

I taped it and followed it on Gamecenter and the TBD game thread. Watched it after the game last night. No regrets - my wife (watching in other room) even commented afterwards how I would have been going crazy with F bombs at certain points and it was probably a good decision

The Jimmy G thing could really be huge in setting them back for a long long time. There's only so much avocado and HGH Brady can take until time becomes the great equalizer - I think his decline will come much faster than people think
