Ha - was it rain and bitter bitter cold this game? If it is the one I am thinking my brother still talks about how miserable I (and the game) was. I was just shivering the whole time - soaking wet and chilled to the bone. I don't think I've ever felt so miserable and cold for such a long period of time. The 6-3 game still burns in my mind as worse - but that may be because I selectively tried to remove this game from my memory.

This game in a landslide. I also had the misfortune of attending this game. Our seats sucked at the top corner of the upper deck, it was freezing cold, both me and my then 11 yr old son had the flu, and the game was unwatchable. I must have thought to myself "I just want this to be over" at least 100 times that day. It seriously was torture. And you forgot Roscoe's muffed punt to put a cherry on it. The highlight of the game (which my son and I still talk about to this day) was when a drunk for some reason came sprinting down the aisle behind us, and precisely when he hit our row he tripped - and went full vertical and literally flew drunk-superman-like down 20 rows of stairs as if suspended in the air by the hand of God. It was one of the most amazing physical incidents involving a human I have ever witnessed. It still didn't make up for the crappy game though.

That was honestly one of the most bizarre series of statements I've seen from an active player - campaigning to be picked up by another team (division rival nonetheless). Obvious that he and his agent don't feel like he'll be back in Buffalo, and he's trying to campaign where he wants to go - but so odd to do it so overtly

My first thought was that this would mitigate the Pats** bread and butter play. No doubt though with rule change they would just then get two or three in a drive instead of the single ones today which put them in scoring position.

Perhaps the Jills will come back when Billy Buffalo goes away

Out of state tuition is harsh for almost all schools compared to in-state. Fan-wise, I've pretty much stayed neutral on the local schools since I've lived here (Duke, UNC, State) - but have to say UNC has been an absolutely unbelievably positive experience for my daughter (and now I'm a bigger UNC fan)

In-state tuition at UNC is basically the same as any other school in the NC system. I essentially pay the same for my son at UNCW

My daughter goes to Chapel Hill - the night before my son sent this pic, she sent a pic of rushing Franklin St after beating Duke My son is 6 ft - he said Beane is not tall

My son goes to UNCW (Beane's alma mater). He was in the library today and a buddy txted him that Beane was on campus - speaking to a class. He found out which building and went there and just went wandering around looking for him. He found him just as Beane was on his way out. He just happened to be wearing the Braves shirt and Bills hat today (though I think he wears the hat almost every day). Said Beane was psyched to see a Bills fan - said he was a super nice guy - his family was there too. Regarding important inside info - he asked Beane if he would be trading up to get a QB early in the draft and.... Beane just laughed I can't tell you that.
