  1. Another serious vote for getting rid of train horn. It is obnoxious to begin with - and went from being a 3rd down thing to a constant annoyance throughout the game. It is pure bush league. I have never heard a person say they like it - but have heard plenty who hate it. They need to do an informal fan poll if they don't realize the opinion of the fans on this one - and get rid of it once and for all. I also feel strongly that for 'Leading the Charge', the guest of honor should be on a golf cart on the field and actually, you know, lead the charge? Standing there stationary waving a flag to 'lead the charge' is ridiculous. Billy Buffalo I guess gets a stay of execution since apparently he wasn't the cause of the drought after all (although I do believe it's possible the really Billy Buffalo was killed in a secret ceremony allowing the Bills to make the playoffs and the hideous blue furry thing we see now is a masterful replacement)
  2. Translation - I've taken many tests and never got caught
  3. I was at this game. I remember when the game seemed out of reach fans just streaming out the stadium in numbers I had never seen before - and I said to my brother - "We're staying - this is going to be an Alcoa Fantastic Finish!" We were in the EZ behind the last drive - Hooks' diving catch down the middle was the greatest athletic play I have ever seen live in any sport. It was truly remarkable.
  4. In my life I think this might have been my saddest most devastating Bills moment. Most people would say wide right, but that just caused me numbness. This play caused real pain - almost physical pain. I can still remember screaming NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! and the pain - the pain - just lingering. I used to keep a picture from SI of the ball bouncing off Harmon's hands in my home gym as motivation to get me angry when I would lift.
  5. So the whole shower issue got resolved before that then - was there some final confrontation/agreement that he not use your shower, and then that was it?
  6. Holy Crap. Not in your shower I hope
  7. What was the final resolution to the epic Shower conundrum - don't think I followed it through to its conclusion (if in fact it is concluded )
  8. Will he quit life if the Sabres don't draft Dahlin? What NBA lottery pick does he feel strongly enough about to quit sugary cereals for?
  9. Yep - was just about to post this. Knew from the article he was getting worse but didn't think it would be this quick. RIP
  10. Anticipating that whatever room I am in on July 11th watching the ESPYs will have an issue with it being dusty
  11. I heard the parking garage east of the stadium has the same problem. Connect the dots...
  12. So many to pick from: We've Got Tonight Night Moves Fire Down Below Horizontal Bop Like a Rock
  13. That's a pic of Sean McDermott joking about The Process
  14. Ouch! Booo! Was going through 4 pages of this thread and thinking "Where are the old Braves fans to bring up insane Braves-bred hatred of the Celtics" - then I see the first sentence and think "finally", then in some kind of horror movie Shamalayan-esque twist the whole post goes very wrong (perhaps some Alien snatched your body?). To Braves fans the Celtics and their arrogant stupid fans and organization were the Patriots of that day. Oh how we loved to hate that smug organization with their "swagger" and stupid iconic history dripping off them like old sweaty seat socks. Cemented in every Braves fan memory should be Game 6 of the 1974 Braves-Celtics playoff match. It was the Buffalo NBA version of the "Just Give It To Them" game (but worse). The Braves were down by 4 with 30 seconds left, but after a miraculous sequence of two steals and two McAdoo baskets (Two Two for McAdoooo!) the Braves had tied it with seven seconds left. What transpired next will (should) live forever in Buffalo sports infamy (Never Forget!). On the ensuing Celtics possession, McAdoo blocked the initial shot, and Jo Jo White grabbed the ball and launched a wild shot that missed. Euphoria!, but wait... Unbelievably the refs called a foul on McAdoo as White fell to the floor during his desperate heave at the basket 'with no time left' (more on this later). A foul that is NEVER called in that situation (sound familiar?) Then the real fun began. The refs sent White to the line by himself to shoot the free throws to end the game since there was 'no time left' when he was fouled. But wait - if there was no time left, there is no foul? If there is a foul, there has to be time left and the Braves get the ball back (at midcourt) for one last play? No - in their wisdom the refs ruled that a call that occurred after time expired counted - just give it to them. The underdog Braves were not supposed to win that series over the 'storied' Celtics - and the refs made sure of it (sound familiar). The next morning the following iconic picture appeared in the Buffalo paper clearly showing a second left after the phantom foul - it is forever seared in my brain. It cemented my hatred even more for all things Celtic - evermore (amazingly I couldn't find it online and had to scan it from my copy of "Buffalo Home of the Braves") I friggin hate all teams Boston. I hate the friggin Cheaters, I hate the friggin Celtics, I hate the friggin Bruins, and the Red Sox I didn't care about until they Finally Won their stupid World Series then I had to endure a year of teary Bahstahn testimonials about how 12 generations of their family had to endure such tragedy for So Long - screw freaking Boston fans and all their stupid freaking teams. I hate then ALL.
  15. Thanks for the great analysis. One thing you left out though was where the parking garage would be? ?
  16. Something got in my eye when I watched the Josh Allen meeting Jim Kelly video
  17. Showing some fast eyes in this video
  18. If it were about Josh Allen they would report he was inaccurate
  19. The draw out of the shotgun. Was amazing how effective he was on that play - even when they ran it so often it often lost the element of surprise.
  20. Especially when the full extent of their cheating comes out...someday
