I did the same. One other thing I'm not sure people give complete thought to is the issue of "open areas" which was part of the survey. While having lounges and open areas to go to seems nice on the surface - in reality it potentially ends up leaving a bunch of empty seats in the stands with a large group of people just sitting watching the game on couches/TVs. If overdone it can really take away from the "packed crowd" experience/advantage.

PSLs would be awful. I'd much rather have a stadium without a lot of amenities than have that. PS - and by amenity I include train horn
