That's a big 1st down. If we went 3 and out would could have started a real spiral with D getting gassed and gashed -

Who should we fire? -
Sorry for your loss. My dad is 84 (and spent his childhood in Attica ) . I have plenty of "cheap" stories , but one thing relevant to this board is how the Bills have always been a great source of connection for us over the years. Every year since we were small kids, he would take my brother and I to one Bills game a year - always cheapest seats in the EZ. For years (decades) now, my brother and I have flown in every year to take him to a Bills game nearest his birthday in October. We began bringing our sons with us starting when they were very young and it's something my Dad looks forward to all year. With all that, for some reason this is the Bills story related to my Dad that jumped into my mind. When I was young, in the 70s, we were walking out after a game (another loss I'm sure) and we pass a guy in the EZ with his legs sprawled over the top of the benches in front of him, arms spread wide on the back of the bench, seemingly passed out cold, with his "member" sticking out of his pants - literally pissing all over himself. Being a very innocent young man, I looked at the scene spread out in front of me, tried to process it, and mouth agape, alarmingly looked to my Dad. It's seared into my brain just the look of calm and disappointment on his face when he said simply "Move along son, move along". He wasn't a person to show a lot of emotion when I grew up (that certainly changed once he had grandchildren), and that incident was some kind of perfect microcosm mash-up of my young life with the Bills and my Dad. We've never spoken of the incident since.

Maybe a combined 140 years of experience for the refs is not necessarily a good thing...

Years ago came home with my wife and kids all freaked out - there was a black snake in our kitchen. Figured out it came in through hole in the subfloor for the sink drain. Next day find out there was a mouse in the kitchen - realized then that the snake came in after the mouse. There's a big black snake that I see every once in a while around my house - I leave it alone - know it is taking care of any mice (also took out a bird in a tree one day - that is a whole other story)

Didn't see anyone post this - couple days old now but feel worth a mention https://www.nytimes.com/2018/11/27/obituaries/stephen-hillenburg-spongebob-squarepants-creator-dies-at-57.html My kids grew up watching SpongeBob - and of course that means I watched it with them while they grew up. I admittedly catch some episodes even now, if I come across it flipping channels. My kids and I still occasionally will bring up bits from the show in conversation ("Twenty-fiiive.."). RIP to a person who brought a lot of joy to the world

I was thinking the same thing. Kiko had another dirty hit to the head of a sliding QB last weekend - luckily for Luck not as bad as the one he put on Flacco. He's been chippy/dirty previous games against the Bills - I hope his roid rage is in control when Allen leaves the pocket - sliding is no guarantee of safety with Kiko out there.

Was Baker Mayfield a DOUCHE Yesterday?
stevewin replied to Johnny Hammersticks's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I fall on the doosh side. Once I saw the whole PC exchange it did give some context. To me he was trying (too hard) to play the "traitor went to a hated rival" card - I think it might have been partially an attempt to endear himself further to the fan base - and to try show his "competitiveness" which to me though just made him look immature/foolish. One thing it shows to me for sure is he really has some deep rooted disdain or Hue. Obviously he didn't have a high opinion of him based on their time together - you don't treat people you respect like that. Makes you wonder if he was in Dorsey's ear badmouthing Hue (and Haley) - or at least was more than willing to provide his opinion if asked. I get that pro sports has a little different dynamic, but give me a break - the guy got fired (didn't quit) and found gainful employment in his profession. Ridiculous to fault the guy for getting a job. -

Jags Fire Hackett and Have Benched Bortles for Kessler

Maybe they should have fired Bortles and benched Hackett -
Bills store has cyber monday 25% off. Was thinking of getting my son a jersey - never had one know nothing about them. Are the $100 jerseys worth getting? Saw one review that the numbers started falling off after a couple washes. There is a "stitched" version but from pic the numbers don't look stitched? Also see one 'elite' for $300? Help https://shopthebills.com/jerseys/

I remember all stories about Hackett when he was hired focused on his "high energy" - notable absence about any relevant experience or ability -

Smells of St Doug being told what moves to make with his staff, or desperate to save his job by throwing Hackett out there as sacrificial scapegoat in desperate move to save his job. Neither a great look. Hacket was so horrible when he was here. At least with fournette, his 2 yds and a cloud of dust became >2 yds and a cloud of dust. -

Was going to say this - at a min Hyde gets the instigator penalty to start the whole thing - and game misconduct for being 3rd man in jumping on Shaq
