  1. Pretty good speech by mcd to open - definitely feels some guys being complacent
  2. Need to bring back this guy (guys?) from the Bills 70's era
  3. There's a hell of a lot of technology being applied to the field - I would be very surprised if everything hasn't been thought of and it hasn't been engineered to handle even worst case scenarios
  4. Next episode might be the first time ever Hard Knocks pretends there was no game that week
  5. Omg forgot we have to watch Edelman now. It just gets worse
  6. He looked like Tre trying to bring down that TE last week
  7. Lol. McD's master plan is to practice coming from behind
  8. Half the guys will be out of position and miss it
  9. Think Buffalo Joe had too many Blue Lights at Skoobs
  10. Time for all Bills that are dressed to fake an injury
  11. At least we know Mitch will be our number 2
  12. I'm just looking forward to Buechele-time
  13. Did Olsen say Pereira looks amazing?
  14. He's a swing tackle but LT is actually his more natural position - he was pressed into time at RT last year bc of Brown injury like you said (and wasn't necessarily great there)
  15. Try to be more drunk than the guys the Bills have playing
  16. Every time I see that dude I think Robb Riddick
  17. Bills are not providing good Hard Knocks content rn
  18. Believe for 'practices' he was referring also to Bears joint practice with Dolphins last week which by many accounts Bears dominated
  19. I said in the other thread this is the one comment so far this preseason that gets me the most excited. Physicality matters in the playoffs
  20. This may be the most heartening thing I've seen of any preseason report this year. Physicality goes a long way for wins in the playoffs
  21. One thing I've come to realize is that the national media and non-Bills fans have a different perspective - they haven't been as close to it and for them the story is still a macro view where player dies on field, fights way back, and amazingly is back on the field to be celebrated as a hero. Buffalo fans being so much closer to it have seen so much more coverage of it from the beginning for so long. In some ways I think the Bills fanbase is past that - and at this point he is just perceived/assessed based on his ability on the field today and treated as any other player would be (which in and of itself is a testament to what he has done) Last year I had to smile during telecasts when broadcasts teams would go off on what a beloved hero Hamlin is in Buffalo and how joyous all Bills fans were to see him on the field.. In truth, while everybody appreciates the story of his survival and fight back, for those games many (most?) Bills fans only cared about how well (or badly) he was playing, whether he should even be on the field etc. It doesn't take away from what he's accomplished, but for the most part I think Bills fans view is different from the national one
  22. Virgil cut kind of a surprise
  23. And honestly also take the opportunity to just geek out and enjoy the access as most fans would
