  1. Gabriel Davis has never not caught a pass thrown his way in an NFL game
  2. With the piped in noise some stadiums might be louder than they would be with just regular fans. I'm just dreading Bills homes games if they overdo the damn tran horm even more than usual (if that's possible)
  3. They were piping in noise in the KC game https://www.arrowheadpride.com/2020/9/4/21422804/chiefs-to-begin-season-with-prerecorded-crowd-noise-at-arrowhead-stadium-nfl-coronavirus
  4. I live in NC and my brother has lived in Sarasota for 2 decades. Are you my brother?
  5. https://www.arrowheadpride.com/2020/9/4/21422804/chiefs-to-begin-season-with-prerecorded-crowd-noise-at-arrowhead-stadium-nfl-coronavirus
  6. And now Covid has given us the 'Not Injury' injury designation...
  7. Excepting of course train horn
  8. Maybe there will be some robots as part of the virtual fans... I've actually really enjoyed the NHL playoffs and think they have done a very good job executng the fake crowd noise. Most of the time I forget it is in a an empty arena - I can't imagine how much worse it would be just dead quiet.
  9. Have to admit that before things started I was extremely skeptical there would be any semblance of a normal season or even a season period - esp after how (non-bubble) MLB started. It really is a testament so far to the players and staffs that they've shown discipline across the league to stay careful w/o being locked down in a bubble (amazing to me really). Risk is going to notched up when teams start traveling though...
  10. I know it's not a popular opinion but I think you can over-emphasise keeping guys for STs. STs are becoming less and less a part of the game - and Bass is supposed to be able to kick the ball out of the EZ every kickoff. I get you have to be able to cover kicks - but I think that can be covered by good coaching even more than having "a great gunner"
  11. Evan Thanks for the memories of the Brian Brohm era though
  12. I feel like i'm beong catfished with the phillips thing
  13. The wording of the condition might also say if he ever is on the active roster it activates
  14. Now that I've had time to catch up and absorb this thread - after consideration I'd have to say that the mis-use of the word 'literally' is my language/grammar pet peeve
  15. Yes - one coach said no doubt coaching is in his future. I think they will like him in QB room as someone to help Josh prepare - Fromm likely useless on that front
  16. It's hilarious how closely he matches the picture on the shirt - even with the mask on
  17. Watched him play at UNC - dude has a lot of heart. Transferred to UNC but had to share time with some younger guys but never complained. This is what Mack Brown said about him
  18. Gamepass is where you can watch all the 'taped' games (24 hrs after). Is only 50 bucks add-on if selected with Sunday Ticket U - not sure if you can get that price after you already signed up
  19. It's funny - here's two reports on Joseph from the same scrimmage day Parrino https://www.newyorkupstate.com/buffalo-bills/2020/08/bills-training-camp-2020-josh-allen-throws-for-over-300-yards-in-scrimmage-day-9-observations.html Athletic - Fairburn https://theathletic.com/2027459/2020/08/27/day-9-at-bills-camp-an-open-discussion-about-social-justice-and-a-scrimmage/ Also FWIW re: LB, in the Athletic article JoeB said this
  20. There was also a mention of Josh playing "pitch and catch, pitch and catch" - implication being taking what he was being given, finding the open guy w/o "hero balls", and moving the chains. Also think some one mentioned the ball was really spread around - with pretty much every skill position player getting their hands on it.
