I want to see Dan Campbell cry in the post-game presser -
Around the NFL Week 15 (no Bills talk in this thread please)

Can't help but shake the feeling Jamies will do well during the game but with the Chiefs up by one and Browns driving for the winning FG with less than 2 mins left Jameis turns into pumpkin int Jameis. Hoping not the case -
Technically this is a mis-use of Belinda by stojan since there is in fact something in the body of the message - but I won't report him

This is a perfect example of how much luck and circumstances are involved for a SB or even a SB run - for the Patriots (even after you take out the cheating and the refs) there are so many similar crazy things that happened all those years that if just some went the other way no one would be talking about dynasty and GOATs. It is so oversimplified to just always christen people GOATs on SB rings alone - and to say the ONLY measure of success is a SB when there are so many factors beyond good players and coaching. It's silly

The Lions have got to be everyone’s second favourite team…right?

Rooted for the feel good story of them being relevent again as most did - have to admit though getting a little tired of them and Dan Campbell being promoted every second by the media now -
Happy 28th Birthday to the Queen of Buffalo

I wa just gonna post in 2022 nfl.com named Kim Queen of Buffalo https://www.nfl.com/news/sidelines/the-queen-of-buffalo -
As a UNC fan this makes me sad. I think it has epic fail written all over it - and selling your soul and the whole program over to a cheating POS human who is sure to take off as soon as things go slightly sideways. Maybe when he moves I'll drive over to Chapel Hill and egg his house.
-
It's also weird because I've seen things where Elam and Benford are super tight - support each other, do extra work together etc. Seems like Elam works hard and gets along
-
I dunno - I've been a UNC fan for a while and my daughter's an alum but I wouldn't want the miserable mumbling cheating POS anywhere near the school. Worse yet - after a year or two freaking Steve Bellichick - Steve Bellichick! - is your freaking coach! Would much rather have UNC stay a 'basketball school' and let football games be the nice distraction they are today

This one linked below it was pretty damn funny too https://theonion.com/dad-wishes-whole-roster-played-with-intensity-passion-of-talentless-special-teamer/

I was at the titans game right when the calls for his head were at their peak. It really seemed like he was kicking for his job that day, that one miss of any kind,, and his Bills career could be over. It was ridiculously windy that day - the kind of day where the kickers in warm-ups try at one end and sometimes the ball starts off then at some point just seems to stop mid-air and fall to the ground. I said to my son "this is crazy bad conditions for Bass to be kicking to save his job" Each time he lined up in the game I kept thinking about those warm-up kicks just dying - and thinking he knows if he misses he is probably toast. And he nailed every kick. Not sure people can appreciate how difficult even an extra point was in those conditions. It was a pretty remarkable performance given the situation, conditions, and pressure

Havn't gone through this thread not sure if this has been posted - here are the voters. I've seen some of the ESPN people say pro-Josh things wrt the MVP - not sure if others have heard other people on the list talk about it. I'm still concerned there will be some percentage that will feel the need to be 'cute' and vote Saquon because that is against the normal grain https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/heres-the-full-list-of-the-50-ap-awards-voters Emmanuel Acho, FS1 Greg Auman, Fox Sports Howard Balzer, PHNX radio Jarrett Bell, USA Today Dave Birkett, Detroit Free Press Tom Brady, Fox Sports Tedy Bruschi, ESPN Vic Carucci, WGRZ radio Mark Craig, Minneapolis Star Tribune Tom Curran, NBC Sports Boston Charles Davis, CBS Sports Nate Davis, USA Today Howard Deneroff, Westwood One Tony Dungy, NBC Sports Jori Epstein, Yahoo Sports Boomer Esiason, CBS Sports Doug Farrar, USA Today Sports Media Mike Florio, Pro Football Talk Reuben Frank, NBC Sports Philadelphia Rich Gannon, SiriusXM Jonathan Jones, CBS Sports Lindsay Jones, The Ringer Mike Jones, The Athletic Clark Judge, Talk of Fame Network Ira Kaufman, JoeBucsFan.com Mina Kimes, ESPN Peter King, NBC Sports Pat Kirwan, SiriusXM Jeff Legwold, ESPN Jim Miller, SiriusXM Sam Monson, Pro Football Focus Bruce Murray, SiriusXM Gary Myers, NFL author Laura Okmin, Fox Sports Dan Orlovsky, ESPN Nick Pavlatos, SiriusXM Dan Pompei, The Athletic Nora Princiotti, The Ringer Lorenzo Reyes, USA Today Charles Robinson, Yahoo Sports Dianna Russini, The Athletic Mike Sando, The Athletic Aaron Schatz, FTN Network Adam Schein, CBS Sports Tom Silverstein, Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel Chris Simms, NBC Sports Armando Salguero, Outkick.com Mike Tirico, NBC Sports Ben Volin, Boston Globe Charean Williams, Pro Football Talk

An absolute disaster by the coaches at the end of this game
stevewin replied to Success's topic in The Stadium Wall
For that goal line sequence, a lot of people are complaining about the run call. The main issue wasn't the qb sneak on 1st down (your best play at the goal line), it was not immediately getting up to the line and spiking it or running a quick pass play instead of the timeout. What is the percentage that Josh is stopped on a qb sneak from the one. I have no problem with the initial sneak, you just need to be ready with a spike or another quick pass play if it doesn't work (an not call a timeout) -
