  1. I heard the first notes of Simple Man and thought it was a Bellicheat reference to Karl Childers
  2. Skipped the pregame on purpose - Just tuned in - saw the Bellicheat montage - went to mute immediately
  3. More likely fowl host - amirite 😛
  4. Talk about journalistic malfeasance, I initially watched it w/o audio and kept waiting for the "oh no no no no no no" reference - then thought it was going to be Stef pulling up lame after catching the pass - thank God it was just a stupid head bonking
  5. Just realized the in- season Hard Knocks with the Colts premieres tonight. Means a future episode should include Bills game
  6. Sounds like maybe too much sugar before going to bed 😛
  7. After some deliberation we decided to do ADA lot 2 instead of ADA lot 6, because it has more spots around the perimeter to set up. We decided to target 10 AM to get there - since it was raining we didn't think as many people would be getting there early (and trying to get my brother, son, nephew, and Dad going early in the AM is like herding a bunch of very slow tired cats). We got to the ADA lot a 10 AM and it was already almost full. We were very lucky to get the last spot on the perimeter to set up our canopy. My recommendation would be to plan to get there early, even as early as around 9 when it opens, esp if you want to set up around one of the perimeter spots. The ADA lot was hopping - people had their setups and it was an extremely fun vibe (even with the rain) without being over the top crazy. We were joking with my Dad that we should have been doing this for years (he's had the placard I think for years but never used it - I didn't even know he had one til recently). Also bonus - a number of convenient port-a-potties in the lot We found a transport wheelchair in my Dad's garage from an injury he had a few years ago and took that. Having the wheelchair from the parking lot made things so much easier. My Dad has slowed down a bit in the last year - just a couple years ago he was still making the walk from private lots off Abbot (albeit with a number of stops) and always angrily waved of any mention of us trying to figure out a wheelchair or way to get him to the stadium. This time he willingly accepted it - and it was absolutely key. He is still mobile, but I think even the walk from the lot to the seats would have been really tough on him. Wheeling up to the gate there were long lines, but staff immediately came over and moved us up to the front to get in. It was like a Disney fastpass. Once we got in, we stopped at an information booth and they directed us to the elevators to get to the upper deck. There are unmarked doors near the center of the stadium that lead to the elevator. Also, I did see at least one guest service person inside the gate with a wheelchair for transportation (funny how you can go to a place for years and not notice certain things) One thing that was strange to me was for the elevator to the top level, we asked if there was a place to leave the wheelchair when my Dad walked to our seats, and surprisingly they really didn't have a separate room or anything for that - we ended just leaving it in the elevator lobby. I think that is just part of some of the ad hoc nature of the current handicapp infrastructure in the current stadium which has been highlighted as part of the new stadium discussion. One thing I cannot emphasize enough is how awesome and helpful every single guest services person we encountered was. Exceptional. They all really went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and were extemely friendly and caring. It was also very cool how may fans high-fived my Dad and shouted encouraging things as we wheeled him inside the gates. It was absolutely pouring after the game and we had resigned ourselves before the game that we would just plan to hang out after and let the traffic thin out. We probably waited about 45 mins to an hour til Abbot was opened up and traffic was moving (that was after really taking our time leaving the inside of the stadium) So my advice would be plan to get to the ADA lot early - especially if you are setting anything up. Having a wheelchair from the lot really made things easy - bypassed the lines at the gate and smooth sailing inside the gate. The guest services people were extremely helpful and friendly with any help/questions. Have fun! - Go Bills!
  8. You need to ask Patrick's Mom
  9. Collinsworth "Watch how many moves one two three four five" Watches receiver almost trip and fall after one move.
  10. If Lions had gotten out of bounds on that last play they would have had a chance for a long FG - didn't seem like they were even trying to before time ran out
  11. Saints miss 2pt conversion to tie
  12. Mike White mania lasted about as long in NY as Jeremy Lin
  13. Josh's rookie year there wasn't a player on the roster who makes that catch
  14. His arm went upward not forward 😛
  15. Need to get the Bills defenders some hearing aids
  16. High level work obligation
  17. Suck it Harbaugh - let's see his angry jowly face
  18. Wish the Bills could run like the fins just did those last two run plays in the RZ
  19. Yes the Vikings. I'm not a big social media guy so I don't know if something specific happened recently that he responded to or it was just a general reaction to people still talking about him/Vikings
  20. Jim Rome show. Stef never disappoints - Processing loss - Had to take some time to evaluate the process, evaluate the week and how it went. Try not to get too down on it because we do live in a league of any given Sunday. We watched across the league it wasn’t just us – a lot of teams got shocked. We had to look back at the process especially for me I always look back at myself to see things I could have done better just to help my team win and put ourselves in a position to win. Take a step back and look at it through another lens and say OK maybe we should do this, approach things this way. I just continue to try to be that positive influence, that positive engine for the team. I look at myself as not only a captain but a guy who leads his team the best he can. Continue to try to push, continue to try to each and every day be the example - Response to Twitter comment don’t @ me anything negative - <Long answer said it was basically in response to things people are saying to him about “his other team” – he just wants to be left out of it. Says doesn’t have anything to with it – he’s a big positive person and just trying to keep everything positive. > <Some other conversation of “wish keeping it real was contagious” Instagram comment> - Go up against D in practice – iron sharpening iron - Built into what’s going on here – our head coach has us do one-ones everyday, brings a level of competition each and every day. Regardless of how you feel you have to go out and compete at a high level – only way you can compete at a high level is going one-one matchups. Jordan Poyer and Micah Hyde – they’ll even come out to take me on one-one at times just to get better. And you can see that each and every day. We’re not a team of complacency, we are never satisfied. Having those veteran guys definitely puts us at a good spot team wise – approaching each and every day. I try to make sure I be that same example on the offensive side of the ball. Motivating and trying to get better – a humble approach. - Buffalo - It’s awesome – everybody’s a Bills fan. I’ve never had it in college but I can imagine what’s it’s like in a big college football town, I love it – guys who have played here before always say the best fan base is Buffalo – it is. They really love their players and give it everything they got win lose or draw. Buffalo Bills fans are 1) loyal and 2) don’t take no bleep either <reference to Rome saying Diggs doesn’t take no bleep in lead up to question> - Little Brother - I wish more people could experience something like this – I probably don’t feel it in its totality like my Mom does yet. I feel more proud than anything and a sense of euphoria like God’s amazing. Things like this don’t happen by chance, just to see my brother play at an extremely high level. You believe in your siblings regardless. If my brother said he wanted to be an astronaut I would be behind him 100%. The fact that he wanted to play the same sport that I wanted to play, he wanted to play at a high level, he wanted to have success, and he worked at it. Something that you see is the maturation process, not really overnight it took time for him. To see him have so much success, I always knew he had it in him. You can ask my teammates only one day a week do I say how bout them cowboys – but other than that insanity it’s Go Bills Go
  21. Can we just skip this game?
