  1. Yep - and Josh will go down like that too if hit OOB - its the smart play. Semi-related - I was thinking after the last Jones sack he was being smart, almost gentle, making sure he didn't get any personal fouls when he got to Burrow
  2. Feel like KC deserves it - now just hope they get curb stomped in SB
  3. Gotta give it to Pat on that one - wasn't going to be denied
  4. Wonder if kelce will be getting a catch here
  5. Oh man nice play by Higgins to trip up the 50 yd return
  6. So much more pressure on mahomes here - faced with having to live with choking away another afccg
  7. Sry sometimes Joe just has a horseshoe up his ass
  8. Immediately following a game which was exactly what you dont want as a championship game
  9. He was battling on the bottom of the scrum for a while - respect
  10. This is where I'm at. With bonus of KC fan tears at home and Mahomes another afccg loss to add a little tarnish. Hard to not root live for Bengals to get their a$$ kicked here though
  11. The slippery field was such a neutralizer against a scrub OL when all you do is just vanilla pass rush with an occasional Blitzer right up the middle into the mass of scrubs. Then Bengals bring corner blitzes and other pressure from different places knowing the snow was affecting the DL rush. Sigh
  12. Would have been better with deebo at QB
  13. Curious what he meant by "there was just uncharacteristic things that were kind of happening" - sounds like in this quote he was referring to the week specifically - not necessarily all the other stuff that had happened prior The players are on record that the events of the year contributed to an overall level of "exhaustion" - but this seems like something specific was going on last week
  14. I actually think the opposite. The poor footing with DL not being able to fire off helped neutralize the biggest advantage we would have had against their makeshift OL. And in those conditions their makeshift OL didn't have to be skilled, just tough, which they were. Also whether it was coaching on the fly or game plan (or combination of both), they just looked so much better dealing with the conditions and we just looked lost dealing with it from the beginning. On a dry field I think we would have been more sure and confident in what we were running and at least played closer to what we were capable of (would have been hard to be worse than whatever the hell that was in the snow)
  15. Someone get von's replica SB trophy out of the locker room
