  1. Agreed. Ralph shouldn't point any fingers unless he's looking in the mirror. This steaming pile of s*#t is of his making.
  2. I believe Ralph signed Donahoe at a discount because of Buffalo's close proximity to his home of Pittsburgh. Plus, he could justify paying Donahoe by his taking over the day-to-day operations of the franchise.
  3. Wasn't Dr. Spock a baby doctor???
  4. The most common thread over the past decade has been a horrendous offensive line. Why in the hell can other teams put a bunch of no-names together who perform well. The Bills have had multiple combinations of o-lines made up of draftees, high priced free agents, and no-name free agents over the past ten years. They have done it under different gm's, several different o-line coaches and offensive coordinators. Why do they always suck????!!!!!
  5. I bet the dumb ass couldn't name one thing that Obama believes in. The diva might not be to happy to find out that his paycheck is gonna be cut by a third.
  6. A team can never have enough corners especially those that can return punts/kicks for touchdowns. I don't think the eleventh pick in the draft automatically equals pro bowl, but they should be solid starters which McKelvin already looks capable of being.
  7. Sounds like it applies to "down by contact" plays and not to incomplete passes, but it should have given "muscles" Hoculi justification to do the right thing and allow San Diego to recover the fumble.
  8. I know what you're saying. What if the replay had indicated that he was down by contact prior to his forward lateral? Would they have the clock stopped and 3 seconds to run another play that would have otherwise run out?
  9. Athlon + Lindy's = RJ
  10. 12. Buffalo: Patrick Willis, LB, Mississippi -- Willis is the best middle linebacker in the draft, and the Bills lost London Fletcher in free agency and traded Takeo Spikes to the Eagles. Willis recently ran under 4.4 in the 40-yard dash at his Pro Day and is a tackling machine. Don't be surprised if Buffalo moves down a few spots and goes in a different direction. For example, Carolina could jump up two spots and take Willis while the Bills drop down for Penn State's Paul Posluszny.
  11. Sirius NFL channel reported that Bills are working the details of a deal to send Spikes to an unnamed team.
  12. Just a gut feel, but with Spikes gone soon, I think Marv will address lb with the first pick and it won't be Willis. Poz has the flexibility to play inside or out, he's a character guy, a Penn State LB (#31 that Conlan wore) The pick would fit in with Marv's tendency to pass over the "better player" (WILLIS) to go with a less conventional pick. Poz is predicted to go in the mid or late first round, but to trade down would be "too risky".
  13. I disagree with your reasoning. Our pass defense was greatly improved in almost every category with two rookie safeties. With his rookie year under his belt, Whitner will only get better. It would stand to reason, then, that the pair of safeties taken, including Whitner, despite how high he was taken, were good picks.
  14. Irsay robbed us of Wil Wolford.
  15. Apparently, Jerry liked the "lifestyle" practiced in San Francisco. He always seemed a little light in the loafers.
  16. I compare Tasker to Bill Maas, a well respected player who revealed himself an idiot after becoming a commentator. To them, I give the following: "It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt." -- Mark Twain ...
  17. The loss was for the better as it further exposed our major weaknesses which will have to be addressed in the offseason. Great post and love the Meatballs reference.
  18. Seeing that Delhomme is close to being benched, I'll pass on him. I would prefer Favre pre-1997 when he last had a good season that didn't end with a bone-headed interception in the playoffs. BYW, JP's qb ranking is currently equal to that of God-like Brady.
  19. They also just succeeded in ruining MNF with their select choice of commentators: Kornheiser and Theismann. Who the hell is running this network?
  20. These guys make watching a football game painful which is hard to do. The Theismann and Kornheiser suck up fest was too much for me to stomach.
  21. The Lions are THE worst team. If we can't get past them, forget it!!
  22. I just looked at a tivo replay and it WAS clearly behind the los. No conspiracy, just another td that would have made JP's stats look more respectable.
  23. Correct, but the pass was thrown behind the los. As per nfl rulebook: Interference occurs only when: "The play ultimately involves a legal forward pass that crosses the neutral zone (interference is not possible on screens and other passes behind the line of scrimmage)."
  24. MYspace pages are pretty gay, but it looks like he gets a lot of a*$, so whatever it takes.
  25. It's preseason, we don't need a scouting report, Mike. And why do you feel the need to "sign" your posts. I've read many of them and they're nothing to be that proud about.
