  1. I want to see him coming into camp next year looking jacked up. He needs to work on his body and strength and needs to spend hours catching from the JUGs machine, mainly diving type of catches since those are the ones he seems to keep dropping. Buyers remorse, wish we could get a redo on the Elam and Kincaid picks. Those 2 missed first round draft picks could be contributing meaningful minutes.
  2. Funny thing is I bet Ty Johnson would’ve caught the pass Kincaid dropped and he wasn’t drafted to be a receiving tight end. Kincaid blows.
  3. Chiefs make clutch play after clutch play. It’s inevitable
  4. You could clearly see the brown of the ball on the line, Bills got the first, but shame on them for being so conservative.
  5. I figured that KC offense had to regress back to the mean of the season. They aren’t THAT good.
  6. Chiefs would be 4/4 TD drives if. It for the fumble. The defense can’t stop a nosebleed, it’s always Jeckyll and Hyde in the regular season versus the playoffs, can’t ever get stops. I’d say the Chiefs have to regress back to their mean of the season and at least punt a couple times this half, but I’ve seen nothing so far that gives me that optimism.
  7. It is pretty Jeckyll and Hyde the regular season defense versus playoff defense.
  8. I’m actually fine with it for a QB, really the only position - even though you might not hit on the best one. If you don’t have a QB in today’s NFL, you can’t compete, so I understand going up to get the guy you believe in.
  9. I’d be cool if Beane never traded up again. He tried to do it for Cole Bishop in the second round this year too and said afterwards “thankfully no one took my calls.” There will almost always be someone better who goes later than the guy selected. It’s not where someone is picked that matters, it’s who. I get why Beane went for Kincaid, but we didn’t need to trade up for a TE. Trade down and accumulate ammo if anything.
  10. I know Drake and sometimes Floyd Mayweather, make huge bets like this all the time.
  11. The money line is KC -130, so this confident/foolish person is chasing a million dollar payout. And I’d still say he’s foolish if the bet was on the Bills.
  12. I look at the Eagles as Baltimore-lite and that’s mainly because Hurts isn’t the same dynamic threat as Lamar. Good QB, yes, but a clear notch or two below the better QBs in the league. When Philly and Baltimore played earlier this year, the Ravens should’ve won, if not for Tucker missing multiple kicks. If the Bills bring their A game, they’ll beat all of these teams.
  13. The DL has never gotten the better of the KC OL in the playoffs. If they wreck shop up front tomorrow and can disrupt Mahomes, it’s over for the Chiefs.
  14. Bills traded away three extra 4th round picks to draft Knox (two 4ths) and Kincaid (one 4th). I do wish one or both had a bigger impact on the game.
  15. Yeah just working that math in my mind, if they wanted more money on KC the line would move in the Bills favor. Can’t explain the one point difference then, a starting safety missing the game wouldn’t move it.
  16. I heard 70-75% of the money coming in is on the Bills, so wouldn’t the line move KC’s way to entice more bettors to throw money on KC?
  17. I put that more on Benford and has lack of recognition. His assignment crashed down on the line, tight into the muck of players. There was nowhere for that receiver to go to make himself available for Lamar. With his assignment’s first steps toward the OL, Benford should’ve stayed wide, but hesitated for a moment like he wasn’t sure where to go and that hesitation got Andrews open. If the communication was for Benford to always stay wide, don’t let anyone get outside of him, he makes that stop pretty easy. If the play was for the receiver Benford was covering, there’s no way he would’ve been able to stick with him anyway through the mess of bodies. Don’t let anyone out flank you!
  18. I like Bishop playing Rapp’s strong/box safety position more than I like him playing Hamlin’s free/deep safety position. I think the rook will be fine, this game is more on the offense to put constant pressure on KC anyway.
  19. I believe Thuney first started playing LT against the Chargers. I know he started there the next game against the Browns, he accidentally poked Myles Garrett in the eye. Up until last week Thuney looked like he had solved their LT problems, but Anderson from HOU got the better of him the second time around.
  20. Does feel like something is off and for as much as Cooper loves playing for the Bills, I can’t see him re-signing here, unless both parties agree to something super cheap (doubtful). We traded a 3rd round pick for him and don’t use him much. KC traded a 3rd for Hopkins and he hasn’t been impactful for them either so that sort of smooths it over a bit (not sure the percentage of Hopkins’s snap count).
  21. Hollins was even on the field more than Cooper. McD was asked about it, but he just brushed it away as a non-issue. Sounds like the Bills think other WRs can help them more.
  22. Mahomes has entered the chat…
  23. I think one thing’s for sure - the Chiefs will key in on Allen’s read option runs in critical “gotta have it” situations. He’s going to have to do like Jordan and pass the ball to Kerr for the open shot. Hand it off to Ty Johnson or Cook, because the Chiefs aren’t going to let him beat them this time.
  24. Should’ve just signed Gesicki as a receiving TE and used those 1st and 4th rounders on other positions. That’s not hindsight either, I didn’t like trading up for a TE in the first when Josh had never shown a reliance on feeding the position. But hey, the Bills won and will be playing for the AFC Championship, so I care very little about this right now.
