  1. I believe that Mt. Cody was a better collegiate player than everyone elses man crush around here - Dan Williams. Who cares what that fat guy ran in the 40. Neither he or Wilfork will be chasing any position players down the field. The 22 bench reps are somewhat of a concern, but the man can always add strength and shed useless fat. He has athleticism that can't be taught for a man his size. I would absolutely love to pick him up in the 2nd - even if Tebow is still on the board. If he remains driven to shed useless fat (as he has shown in preparation for this draft), he can be the 3-4 anchor of this defense for the next 10 years. A more athletic Ted Washington..
  2. The virus is dead. Malwarebytes found 6 applications of it hiding within the computer and they were all deleted. Thanks for making me aware of Antivirus Soft. After I saw that, I went to yahoo answers and typed in Antivirus Suite. Sooo many infected people asked how to remove it, that it was easy to follow step by step directions from people who answered. Thanks again, I never understood the fascination with hijacking another person's computer.
  3. Thanks guys. I am currently running the malwarebytes full system scan, so I was able to get the "Antivirus Suite" death grip off of my .exe applications. I can breathe a little easier now. Hopefully all will be deleted after the scan is over!
  4. It is Antivirus Suite, but the symptoms that the person listed, are the exact same that I'm getting so I'm going to read up on the advice that he/she is getting. Needless to say, I will def have Norton in place once I get rid of this virus..
  5. Oddly, internet still works freely, but I cannot even get into my change or remove programs option under the control panel. Whatever it is, it's affecting any executable program.
  6. Any program that I try to execute, comes with the message, "Application cannot be executed. The file ________.exe is infected. Do you want to activate your antivirus software now?" This came out of nowhere! I didn't download anything, so I'm not sure how it was given access. There's not a single program that will run. When I click activate antivirus software, it sends me to a pc-fortress.com webpage and there's a message that reads "This website has been reported as unsafe." The url does say pc-fortress, so I'm not sure if this is what is causing the problem. It wants me to buy this software, but I am also sure that that is part of the plan. Any way to get rid of this virus without running a program? (as all programs have been disabled)
  7. Where did this Dan Williams at #9 talk come from all of a sudden?! I never heard of the guy prior to a couple of months ago and now all of a sudden he is worth the #9 overall pick in the draft? It reminds me of Robert Ayers ascension last year and how everyone wanted him at #11. I'd take the fat, sloppy, but supremely talented Mt. Cody, before I take Dan Williams at #9..
  8. The reason why you can have 8 tvs in that weight room is because the Ravens have Ray Lewis and Ed Reed on their team - true, fiery leaders. You have no one like that on the Bills, so it's easy to joke and play around while you watch "One Life To Live" on one of the 12 tvs. There is no one in that weight room to enforce, or hold teammates accountable..
  9. Funny. I could picture it too! A pale, emotionless, "skeletored" face, on all 12 tvs repeating over and over, "it's hard to win in the NFL. It's hard to win in the NFL. It's hard to win in the NFL.." While a black and white swirly, vertigo pattern, continuously spins in the background. Hahaha.
  10. It was good to see Eric Wood returning those 75 lb dumbells to the rack. If his leg was iffy in even the slightest bit, there's no way he could've gotten up and carried 150 extra pounds to the weight rack. Cornell Green was also not in attendance? Trent Edwards still sounds "Jauroned". Please OBD, give me a QB with fire and one who cares!!
  11. Weight room overhaul.. http://blogs.buffalonews.com/billboard/201...m-overhaul.html Club Jauron is a thing of the past.
  12. Yes, let's immediately cut any and every player who has had a down year - Roscoe, Marshawn, Stroud, who else am I forgetting?
  13. I like Marshawn better than Fred when Marshawn was at 215 lbs., but that is the problem with this team - we have too many undrafted FA's playing at a level equal to, or greater than, our first round draft picks. Fred Jackson vs Marshawn Lynch; George Wilson vs Donte Whitner; Jabari Greer vs Leodis McKelvin; Jason Peters vs Mike Williams; Erik Flowers vs Kendrick Office; I don't even have a comparison for Aaron Maybin, John McCargo, and JP Losman - they suck in a class of their own. We need to get this 1st round pick thing straightened out ASAP!!
  14. Lynch packed on 15-20 lbs of muscle and it clearly hurt his game. Never known for having elite speed anyway, the extra pounds really slowed him up. He needs to get back to his playing weight of his rookie year - 215. Marshawn, stay away from 230+ even if you believe that you've retained all of your speed and quickness..
  15. The reason why I didn't believe the OP, is because he said Tebow was wearing a Bills logo. As someone who will be seeking employment from 32 NFL franchises, why wear a competitor's logo?
  16. I like his highlight video - - looks like a mobile Drew Bledsoe. With that being said, I don't like the competition that he was playing against - Cornell, Bryant St., Holy Cross, Who Dat U. I also noticed that his reads aren't super quick. He tends to hold onto the ball and sit in the pocket a little bit. I would take a flier on him in round 5+ not before.
  17. I agree with the "looking lost" portion of that sentence, but Hardy never "dropped a bunch of passes" like you stated. The Rams game comes to mind early in his rookie season - when TE threw to him about 5 times in a row. Edwards never put the ball in an optimum position, however, most other tall NFL WRs will make plays on those same passes. Hardy did not - his play on the ball comes into question WAY more than his hands. With that said, I think that he'll be a fine WR in time, we just need someone to get him and Lee the ball on a consistent basis...
  18. I watched him play a couple of games (I have a friend who is a Notre Dame fan) and he looked absolutely like the real deal. As he was leading The Irish on comebacks, I couldn't help but picture how he would look in the red, white, and blue, and if we would be in a position to draft him. If he's there at 9, take him Nix!
  19. I'd say the hole is at QB. Reserve judgment on the young WRs until you get a QB that can actually get them the ball. 80% of the time, a good/great QB makes his WRs good, or better than they are...
  20. Uh Oh... This is the player we wined and dined with a steak dinner. The comments regarding him are WORSE than the comments back when we signed Langston Walker..
  21. Re-signing Jonathan Scott for far less, would probably have been the better move. Is Cornell Green that much of an upgrade over Jonathan Scott?
  22. Get a petition together...
  23. Remind me, how did Big Ben and that shoddy pass blocking OL do last year?! Aaron Rodgers may hold onto the ball, but GB has a porous line. Despite this, he continuously makes plays and puts up big numbers.. Kurt Warner's OL during the Superbowl run last year was atrocious and got him hurt this year. You seriously think AZ's pass protection is good? Mike Gandy was a turnstile for the Bills at LT and was a turnstile for the Cardinals. Warner's talent helped mask their OL's deficiencies. It probably wasn't fair to bring up Peyton Manning, considering he is arguably the best QB in the game, but he makes his OL, as well as his receivers, far better than they are... The OL was exposed when his backup came in to play.
  24. I can think of 3 current ones - Big Ben, Aaron Rodgers, and the Arizona Kurt Warner. Also, did you notice how bad the Colts OL looked after Peyton Manning stepped out of the last 2 regular season games?
  25. Teams and scouts put wayyy too much stock into the combine and pro days. You have an entire body of work to evaluate a player in actual football games, yet, a fringe player can become a high draft pick based on his measureables.
